AZTEK (Uno/Dr Curt Falconer)
Joined AZTEK #10, left JLA #15.
Champion of the God of Light. Sponsered by a secret orgainsation he joined the JLA after their first membership drive but later gave up his position when it emerged that Lex Luthor had some control over his sponsering organisation.
GREEN ARROW II (Conner Hawke)
Joined JLA #8, left JLA #15
Son of the original Green Arrow, Oliver Queen. He joined the JLA after proving himself against the Key. A master bowman he felt that he was not ready to stand with the gods and left after the "Rock of Ages" stortline.
GREEN LANTERN II (Hal Jordan)
Temporary/Honorary Member
The Hal Jordan of ten years ago, he was pulled into the present when Kyle Rayner was bouncing through time. He was given League membership under the advice of Batman who considered it the best way to keep tabs on the person who would one day become Parallax. He has since returned to his home time.
RESURRECTION MAN (Mitch Shelly)
Probationary/Honorary Member
Mitch Shelly the Resurrection Man is an immortal that was given temporary membership of the Justice League after they discovered his future self aiding the Justice Legion. He quit shortly afterwards.
TOMORROW WOMAN (-) - Deceased
Joined JLA #5
An android created by T. O. Morrow and Professor Ivo. She was designed to appear totally human, work her way into the JLA and then kill them all. However over the course of the battle with the IF she broke her programming and gave her life to stop the menace. She was buried as a League member.
WONDER WOMAN III (Hippolyta)
Joined JLASF #2, left #24
When Diana, Wonder Woman I, ascended to the position of Diana, Goddess of Truth the Amazons decided that Hippolyta should become Wonder Woman because of her transgressions. She time travelled into the past and became a member of the JSA and later became a member of the JLA while standing in for her daughter.

ATOM II (Ray Palmer)
Science advisor (JLA #19,27)
Member of the original JLA and a physics professor. Has recently regained his correct age after a stint with the Teen Titans. Became the JLA's science advisor after he helped them defeat Amazo.
CAPTAIN MARVEL (Billy Baston)
Ambassador to the 5th Dimension (JLA #28-31)
The world's mightest mortal, progedy of the wizard/god Shazam. He replaced Superman on an expedition to the Fifth Dimension to stop a war between two colours.
FLASH I (Jay Garrick)
Helped defeat Qwsp (JLA #28-31)
Founding member and original chairman of the Justice Society. An ally of Flash III (Wally West) he joined the other surviving JSA members to battle protect J. J. Thunder.
HOURMAN III (Tyler)
Temporary replacement for J'onn J'onzz (JLA #26-31)
A member of the Justice Legion A in the 853rd century, master of time and student of Metron. He came to the 20th century to find his humanity and has currently "dropped out" with former JLA mascot Snapper Carr.
SENTINEL (Alan Scott)
Helped defeat Qwsp (JLA #28-31)
Founding member of the Justice Society. An ally of Green Lantern V (Kyle Rayner) he joined the other surviving JSA members to battle protect J. J. Thunder.
WILDCAT I (Ted Grant)
Helped defeat Qwsp (JLA #28-31)
A member of the JSA he joined the other surviving JSA members to battle protect J. J. Thunder. Kept young via various means he taught Bruce Wayne and Selina Kyle to box.

Recruited the JLA to defend Rann (JLA #20-21)
Defender of the planet Rann. Originally an Earthman he journies to Rann via a tempory teleportation effect called a Zeta Beam. He kidnapped the JLA and forced them to help him defeat the En'tarans.
CATWOMAN (Seline Kyle)
Helped defeat Promethus (JLA #17)
Professional jewell theif and nemesis of Batman. She impersonate Cat Grant in order to gain access to the Watchtower and found herself amid the confrontion with Prometheus.

Enslaved by Injustice Gang (JLA #10-15)
A member of a race of aliens from Saturn aftificially created by the Martians. He was injured by the Injustice Gang and further tortured by an enemy of J'onn his current whereabouts are unknown.
SANDMAN V (Daniel)
Took JLA into the Dreaming (JLA #22-23)
Sucessor to the Lord of Dreams, he is the Sandman but he is not Morphius. The son of the mortal Fury II and Silver Scarab. He helped the JLA enter his realm after a favour owed by his predcessor.
SPECTRE (no host)
Helped defeat Triumph (JLA #31)
The wraith of god. He was imprisioned by Fifth Dimension Imps and was unable to stop the war in the Fifth Dimension. He was freed by Sentinel and Zauriel.
ULTRAMARINE CORPS
Helped defeat General Eiling (JLA #26)
Warmaker One, 4-D, Flow, Pulse 8. A team of US soldiers altered to be metahumans by Wade Eiling in his scheme to capture the body of the Shaggy Man and take over the US government. They later rebelled and left to set up their own international superhero team the International Ultramarine Corps.
J.J. THUNDER and YZ (Cei-U)
Helped defeat Qwsp (JLA #28-31)
Sucessor to Johnny Thunder as master of the Thunderbolt. The Thunderbolt is actually Yz, a prince from the Fifth Dimenional like Lkz. Yz merged with Lkz to become the new Thunderbolt and stop the war in the Fifth Dimension.
