.A 2-hour drive to the West leads you to the City of Winnipeg in Manitoba, the Heartland of Canada, and a 2-hour drive to the South takes you to the City of Fort Frances and the U. S. border. The beauty and charm of this area draw visitors back year after year. On a clear day we are often rewarded with one of the most picturesque sunsets you can imagine. Surrounded in all it's glory by a multitude of colours, the sun bids 'adieu' as it gently fades behind the many islands that dot the horizon, a sight treasured by many Kenorites.
