Welcome to the City of KENORA ~~ Ontario, CANADA.

Situated on the northern shores of the beautiful "Lake of the Woods", Kenora is indeed the most beautiful stop on the Trans Canada Highway. Surrounded by fresh water lakes and forests of Spruce and Jackpine dotted with farmlands and Tourist Lodges, Kenora is truly one of Canada's Jewels. The Lake of the Woods area has 65,000 miles of shoreline and 14,000 islands. A well-known destination for Sporting activities throughout the year.

Kenora lies 2 hours East of Winnipeg (Manitoba, the Heartland of Canada) and an hour and a half West of Dryden. A 2-hour drive South takes you to the City of Fort Frances and the U. S. border town of International Falls. The beauty and charm of this area captivates the hearts of visitors and draws them back year after year. On a clear day we are often rewarded with one of the most picturesque sunsets one can imagine. Surrounded in all it's glory by a multitude of colours, the sun bids 'adieu' as it gently nestles behind the many islands that dot the horizon, a sight treasured by all Kenorites.
