Land of Flowers
In the 1500s Ponce de Leon set out to discover the
fountain of youth, some say he failed - but I want you to know - he didn't. It is
right here in Florida . Let's begin our tour today and we'll get home, when we get
there and we'll go, where ever the wind blows us! Are you ready? Hop in the
car, put the top down & let's go!
(How we know Ponce DID find the fountain of youth...
Humidity is excellent in keeping the skin young & wrinkle free (as long as you don't
lay out in the sun till you are so brown if you were laying down the gift wrapper would
use you to wrap a package.)
Sun shine (in moderate doses) provides you with necessary vitamins. When I start
feeling sick I soak up rays for 30 mins every day and drink some liquid sunshine (orange
juice - also from Florida) and I stay well.
Heat thins the blood allowing it to flow through arteries that may be clogged beyond
flow level up north, where you need thick blood just to make it through fall & winter!
Easy on pocket book, wardrobe could conceivably consist of shorts, shorts, shorts (as
long as you aren't in North Florida). For those few days it is too cold, just cuddle
up in a little blanket & wait for it to pass over, after all, tomorrow is another day
80°F in mid-January
