and relaxation.

2. Focus on the goodness in you.

3. Palms facing, as you breathe in,
move hands slowly apart a bit.
As you breathe out,
brings palms slowly together,
not touching.

4. Feel that you are not alone
in your goodness.

5. Feed your spiritual child
in this manner.

6. Expand your goodness within
and then outward to those you love,
to other places, then upward to ideas.

Without the limits of time and space,
events or opinions.
