So far there are NO add-ons for Hexen II, but as soon as the full version is released you can expect to find hundreds of the buggers...

A good place to start is right here in the Gestalt666 Resource. The Hexen II Top Ten will feature my ten favourite levels for Hexen II, as well as a Level Of The Week.
