This one wins the silver for most unique character. The basic concept of this character is that it is a 48 year old dog, that is more intelligent than any human. Um.....sure. Anyway, how this pooch fits into the storyline is a big "?", but there's a picture of him walking through Kalm City (shown below). I'll keep an eye on him.
