Modpack Files are files modpack or scenario creators can use for they're creations . They are files collections of units, terrains, cities, or just .txts. Many of these Mod files have the units, cities, etc divided by type, or by age, but some just are big long lists of them without any divisions. These files are a MUST for every Civ2 scenario, or modpack creator.
