"The Epoch looks great, Lucca." Lucca smiled at Marle in agreement. "Hey, Crono, what do you think?" Crono rarely talked much, so he just nodded his head, his spiked red hair falling off his forehead. "You are....sure you want...Magus at the wedding, Marle?" "Of course, Lucca! Everyone is invited." "What about Frog and Magus?" Lucca frowned. "Don't worry! Frog is waay too much of a gentleman." Lucca smiled. None of the three had really changed over the six years, just got a little taller. Lucca had somehow, over the tides of time, lost her magic of fire, but Crono and Marle managed to keep it. Frog had also kept his. Marle took in a deep breath before hopping in the newly expanded Epoch. Lucca's machine helped so that more than three people can enter through time at a time. But then why was she still scared? It would be the first time in these long six years that she had used the Epoch. "Okay, Epoch, let's go!" Marle marked the button at 2, 300 A.D. Instantly, the little village of Truce dissapeared. The trio felt their bodies press against the back of their chairs. Blurs were swishing by them at the speed of light, and in a moment, they were there. Marle hopped out of the Epoch, happy to set foot on ground again, and Crono was still getting out. Lucca got out and stumbled across the floor, not being used to it. There was a guard robot who spotted them. "Hello there, friends. What do you wish? Why are you here?" It said in a mechanical voice. "Stop, QR-Z9! These are friends." Crono and the group instantly recognized the voice. It was none other than Doan, with Robo at his side. "Good evening, friends. Thanks to you, this world isn't the treacherous world it was." Lucca thought about that. How could Doan know that, if they changed the past? All well. Maybe Robo told him. "It is good to see you again, Madam Lucca." "Please, stop Robo! I HATE Formalities!" The trio talked with Doan and Robo, and soon Robo was ready, in the Epoch, to go to a wedding. All three felt weird bringing a robot, but he helped save the world too. The Epoch landed (after a few nausiating seconds) in 65 Million B.C. "Oog! I am going to be, like, SO sick!" Marle complained. "There's Ayla's hut. Let's see if she can spare some time." The group entered the hut, and saw Ayla trying to count feathers. They had taught her how to count shortly after the destruction of Lavos. "1....2....3...5.." "That's 4, Ayla." Lucca announced with a grin. "Robo, Lucca, Crono, Marle, come see Ayla?" "Yes, Ayla, we would like to speak with you." Marle nodded. They chatted for a while, unaware that a reptite heard their every word. Before long, they were in the Epoch with Ayla, and ready to get Frog and Magus in 600 A.D. Meanwhile, back in 65 Million B.C...... The village was struck. Hard. All of the villagers, killed without Ayla to protect them. The reptites ruled.
