Since I'm lazy, I don't plan on saying which Pokémon can use these TM. ;) But I will mention the type, it's location, price if any, and my.. mwa ha ha.. OPINIONS! (aiie, no!)
1. Mega Punch-Found at the Celadon department store for 3,000 bucks. You can also find one in Mount Moon. Normal Attack, PP of 10. Scale of 1-10: 7. A little innacurate, but it's powerful, and many Pokémon can use it. 2. Razor Wind-Found at the Celadon department store for 2,000 bucks. Also found in the Team Rocket Game Corner. Normal Attack, PP of 15. Charge up one turn, attack the next. Scale of 1-10: 1. This attack is weak enough as it is, but it also takes a turn to use! It's crazy! 3. Swords Dance-Found at Silph Co. Normal Attack, PP of 20. Greatly increases Attack. Scale of 1-10: 4. Although it greatly increases attack, which could be useful, I'm not a real fan of increasing or decreasing stats. 4. Whirlwind-Found on Route 4. Normal Attack, PP of 20. Blows wild Pokémon away. Scale of 1-10: 1. This is so useless it's not funny. 5. Mega Kick-Found at Celadon Department store for 3,000 bucks. Also found on Victory Road. Normal Attack, PP of 5. Scale of 1-10: 7. Very powerful, but also very innacurate. 6. Toxic-Won from Koga. Poison Attack, PP of 10. Powerful Poison. Scale of 1-10: 5. It can deal a lot of damage, I know, but usually, I'd rather use a powerful attack and defeat the enemy QUICKLY. ;) 7. Horn Drill-Found at Celadon department store for 2,000 bucks. Also found in Team Rocket Game Corner. Normal attack, PP of 5. Scale of 1-10: 4. It can eliminate Pokémon in one hit, but it about 30 percent accurate. Also, not many Pokémon can learn it. 8. Body Slam-Found abroad the S.S. Anne. Normal attack, PP of 15. Maybe paralyze opponent. Scale of 1-10: 8. I like this attack. :) Paralyze chance, and pretty strong. A lot of Pokémon can use it. 9. Take Down-Found at Celadon department store for 3,000 bucks. Also found in Silph Co. Normal attack, PP of 20. Recoil deals 1/4 damage dealt to opponent back to you. Scale of 1-10: 5. Powerful, but can really drain HP fast. 10. Double Edge-Found at the Team Rocket Game Corner. Normal attack, PP of 20. Recoil deals 1/4 damage dealt to opponent back at you. Scale of 1-10: 5. Stronger than Take Down, but then again, also deals more damage to you. 11. Bubblebeam-Won from Misty. Water attack, PP of 15. May slow down opponent. Scale of 1-10: 7. I like this attack, too. Powerful water, and slows enemy down more often than not. PP lacks too much, though. 12. Water Gun-Found at Mount Moon. Water attack, PP of 20. Scale of 1-10: 4. It's very weak, but it may just save you against some ground, rock, or fire type. And a lot of Pokémon can learn it.. just don't teach it to Rattata or Raticate. Trust me. 13. Ice Beam-Found on top floor of Celadon Department Store. Ice attack, PP of 10. May freeze opponent. Scale of 1-10: 9. I LOVE this attack! It's one of the few ice attacks in the game, and it's POWERFUL! Also, it can freeze. Oh joooy. 14. Blizzard-Found in Pokémon Mansion, Cinnibar Island. Ice attack, PP of 5. May freeze opponent. Scale of 1-10: 10. This attack is awesome. Powerful, very, and no Pokémon, save water and ice types, are resistance against it. And many are weak against it. About a 30 percent chance of freezing. Oh yes.. life is good. 15. Hyper Beam-Found at Team Rocket Game Corner for 5500 coins. Normal attack, PP of 10. Attack opponent, and next turn, no attack. Scale of 1-10: 8. Powerful! And many, many Pokémon can use it. 16. Pay Day-Found on Route 12, on a tiny island. Normal attack, PP of 15. Drop money (doesn't take from your total) equal to double users level. Scale of 1-10: 6. Useful, but weak. Do you really need the 50 P you'll get from this? 17. Submission-Found at Celadon Department Store for 3,000 dollars. Also found on Victory Road. Fighting attack, PP of 20. Recoil deals back to you 1/4 of damage dealt. Scale of 1-10: 5. You may need it if one of your Pokémon, especially Snorlax or Hitmonchan, needs a fighting attack. 18. Counter-Found at Celadon Department Store, 3rd floor. Normal attack, PP of 20. Opponent strikes first, you deal back double damage. Scale of 1-10: 7. If you can take the licks, this attack rawks. GIVE IT TO A CHANSEY! Chansey will take a LOT of damage in a turn, since it has high HP and low defense. If you double that, it's enough to knock out almost any Pokémon. Mwa ha ha. 19. Seismic Toss-Found on Route 25, lure trainer out first, if you fail to, you'll need to come back with Cut. Fighting attack, PP of 15. Deals damage equal to your Pokémon's level. Scale of 1-10: 3. Not very useful. 20. Rage-Found on Route 15 by taking upper path on the way to Fuschia. Normal attack, PP of 15. Use this attack once, and Pokémon keeps attacking until other Pokémon faint. Grass attack, PP of 10. Recover half as much damage is dealt. Scale of 1-10: 8. I like this attack. It's a little weak, but a messload of Pokémon can use it. Scale of 1-10: 8. This attack works great with Rock, Ground, and Fighting types. Scale of 1-10: 3. Doesn't work on flying types, and is very innacurate. 28. Dig-Found in Cerulean City by a Team Rocket member. Ground attack, PP of 10. Dig underground for one turn (can't be hurt except by Swift and Poison received before DIGging) and emerge the next. Scale of 1-10: 8. For some reason, I LOVE this attack. Psychic-Found in Saffron City by Mr. Psychic. Psychic attack, PP of 10. May decrease opponent's Special. Scale of 1-10: 8. Powerful, but low PP. This attack works great with Pokémon with high special, especially Abra, Kadabra, and Alakazaam. 30. Teleport-Found on Route 8. Psychic attack, PP of 25. Psychic attack, PP of 20. Copies an opponent's move. Scale of 1-10: 3. My brother loves this move, but I don't, really. You steal the opponents attack (you can decide). When you do, it REALLY drains the PP of your Mimic. 32. Double Team-Found at Celadon Department Store for 1,000 bucks. Also found in Safari Zone. Normal attack, PP of 15. Greatly increases evade. Normal attack, PP of 20. Don't attack for two or three turns, and strike back accumulated damage times two. Scale of 1-10: 2. WAY too flawful (izzat a word?). Either you can wait it out and use growl, etc., or you can try to faint the Pokémon. Both work well against a Pokémon using this sorry attack. 35. Metronome-Found in Labratory on Cinnibar Island. Normal attack, PP of 10. Random attack. Scale of 1-10: 5. Well, this is hard. Sometimes you may get an awesome attack like Blizzard. Or you might get an attack like Growl. It's so random. Usually I get selfdestruct *sigh*. I like this attack. :) Think of it.. your Raichu versus a Dugtrio. You have no more Pokémon, nor does your opponent. Raichu's Thunder and Thunderwave will be useless, and Quick Attack won't do enough damage. Raichu can't take another blast of Dugtrio's Earthquake. Take a chance with Metronome.. you may get lucky. 36. Self Destruct-Found at Silph Co. Normal attack, PP of 10. Knocks out your Pokémon. Scale of 1-10: 2. I don't like this attack at ALL. Period. 37.
