Corrine, having been a guest artist on Wyclef Jean's 1998 tour, invited him to participate in making her second album. It is called "Un Poco Mas." An advance promotional copy for review, description, lyrics transcription (coming eventually, hopefully), and scan posting at this web site was most kindly and generously provided by Jennifer:

the keeper of the best Michael Stuart fan site. You should stop by there, too, by clicking on the previously listed link to Jennifer's site, or even by clicking on this picture of Jennifer herself (sorry, guys, clicking on it won't enlarge it for you), and make an entry in the visitor's log while you're there!

Here is a quick description of Corrine's SECOND album, Un Poco Mas. First of all, both the first track A Tu Olvido Mas Olvido and perhaps even more so the third track Gata Sin Luna (a neat song title, and not really at all Tu much like Noelia's Tu) ought to be really big single hits because they are both great. They are done in Corrine's basic salsa style that naturally results in terrific music. The first track, as well as track five Si El Supiera, are both reminiscent of Jerry Rivera's recent big hit Ese, so anyone who likes that (and it seems like just about everybody does) should also like these. The remaining tracks in Corrine's usual style include track six Te Dejo Libre, which is also outstanding, track eight Volvere Alguna Vez, and track nine La Mujer Latina, which is sort of an autobiographical song that Corrine and her father composed, and is somewhat reminiscent of the first album's hit Mi Confidente. Now in addition to her usual type of material, Corrine has shown us on her second album that she can work closely and successfully with rappers like Wyclef Jean and Bimbo. The best example of this symbiosis is probably the really neat and flamenco-tinged track four Conmigo No, which also shows Corrine singing with a style somewhat like that of La India. Other cuts with rap include track seven Lagrimas Negras, and tracks 2 (in Spanish) and ten (in English), both La Isla Bonita, in which Corrine covers the very talented Madonna very capably. So there's a rundown of Corrine's second album Un Poco Mas. If it sounds good to you too, then go for it!
