CHANGE OF ADDRESS: The Philatelic Service
must be notified in writing of any change of address as soon as possible.
SUBSCRIPTION CHANGES: Subscription alterations should be sent
in at least one month prior to the following issue and this should be done
in writing.
TERMINATION OF SUBSCRIPTION: Termination of subscription should
be sent in writing.
ADMINISTRATION CHARGES: At present, there are no charges for
the shipment of orders. If in the future this changes, you will be advised.
PRICES: Aruban stamps and first day covers are supplied at nominal
value of the stamps and an additional amount for the cover. There are no
extra costs for postage or duties. Consignments for destinations outside
Aruba are dispatched by airmail.
CLAIMS: Claims regarding orders received are only possible within
a three week period, accompanied by a copy of the invoice sent. Claims
regarding orders not received should be made within six months after the
date of payment/deposit.
POSTED ORDERS: All orders and other correspondence sent out
by Aruba's Philatelic Service are not being franked with stamps but with
the postpaid cancellation.
CUSTOMS: Only customs authority in the country of destination
decide whether import duties are payable on postage stamps and first day
covers.
