You decide that you'd like to take the Mermaid. You tell Raidly, and he quickly leads you to a large and heavily decorated ship near the end of the dock. You board it, and are promptly taken to the captain's cabin.
Captain Derak Nuth is a remarkably ordinary man, in remarkably guady clothes. You hurriedly settle into the chair you're offered, stifling a laugh, and let Raidly do the talking. After a few minutes, it is arranged that the Mermaid will go where you decide. Captain Nuth suddenly turns to you and with an over-done bow, says, "So, dear traveler, where would you like to go?"
To the north-west, is Gatathla, to the south-west is Ginnal Santreysta and to the south-east is Bassla.
