over to the rack to hang up your coat ] the streets of the
Internet are always cold, aren't they! I tell you, it's almost
impossible to get from one place to another these days,
especially on foot. [Opens a cabinet, takes out a pot] And from
the reports I've been hearing, there's a major blizzard
heading for this part of the city tonight; [walks over to the
pantry, takes out a box] so my suggestion to you is that
you stay here with me for a while... at least, until the weather
clears up. [Stops and looks at you] Hey, sit down! I'll make you
a cup of hot choclate.
[Places the pot on the stove, turns it on] I don't know how
anybody can stand being out there in that Internet! Place is
filled with drunks, hackers, telemarketers, cybersluts... it's
been goin' downhill ever since it got started! [Walks over to the
fridge] but, thats just the way life is. [Takes out a jug of
water with a spout at the end. Takes the jug over to the pot,
pours in the water. A hissing noise is heard as steam
rises from the pot. Pours the contents of the box into the pot,
which causes the pot to hiss. Starts stirring the pot. Suddenly,
thunder is heard from somewhere. Stops for a second and listens.]
Uh-oh. Storms acomin'. Here, let me go adjust the heat a little
bit. You take a look around. There's not much here right now, but
I'm not bothered by it. I, uh... hope you're not either.
