BACKGROUND:
Created by Booster, Fireballs are the ultimate in home security! Or at
least, Booster thinks so. These firey monsters are used to booby-trap
rooms which hide treasure inside Booster's Tower. Fireballs are blue in colour, and they resemble Podobos quite closely. They have been supplied with powerful magic spells which they use to ward off intruders. They aren't that strong otherwise, however it is not advised to go near these creatures as they are highly aggressive and ver defensive of their territory.
OTHER BACKGROUND INFO: "This room in the upper reaches of the tower contains hidden bombs in the floor. As you cross the tiles, attempting to grab the coins you're bound to hit the bombs. After the explosion, you'll have to fight an enemy called the Fireball. You'll also be given the chance to play the Yoshi's Shell Game to double your Experience Points. Playing is a great way to boost your levels." - SMRPG Player's Guide.
QUOTES: "Blurb blurb blurb..." - SMRPG
BATTLE PLAN: Attack Pattern: On the map, they randomly pop out of tiles in a certain room of Booster's Tower. Try jumping through the room to avoid them. In battle, they use fairly equal amounts of Drain, Megadrain, and regular attacks. Basic Fighting Strategies: Fire attacks and Bowser's Terrorize spell aren't that useful. Basically any other attack will work. They normally appear on their own, so there's no worries about what order to fight them in. Advanced Strategies: Mallow's Thunder attack will clear them out very quickly with minimum FP usage, but since they are fairly weak, and normally only appear two at a time, you could use regular attacks. You'll save FP and you are liable to get a Lucky by fighting them this way. When they attack, the get close to a character, and spin two or three times. Press A just as they stop spinning to block. It's pretty easy. Finally, they give out a fair amount of experience, and there is an unlimited supply of them, so you could use the booby-trapped room to build up your levels.
