Chapter 5: New Weapons (rewrite version)


I'm making a rewrite because I got a huge comotion out of it. Here goes nothing.

Last we saw our friends, we meet the skull-masked stranger, and they are locked away in the dungeon. Can they survive? Or will they die, rotting bones and such?

Lyeing,shackled in the dungeon, with a sleeping Ami Echidna on his shoulder, Leo wakes up and looks around, a sleepy look in his eye. As he looks, he sees Ami on his shoulder. He smiles a bit. There is a comotion outside the door. A RaptorMan tries to get in with the key to the dungeon. As he opens it, the door flies open and he flies in. He looks over at Leo, grabs his arm, unshackles him, and puts handcuffs on him behind his back. Ami slumps to the ground, dangling from the shackles. Leo is sent out of the door, and into Alternator's office. Alternator is sitting in his fancy shmancy chair and looks at Leo with an evil grin. "So, Leo, how's life in the pit? Terrible, eh? I thought so. I'm making plans for you... You shall come to the battlefield later for our final battle... And you are allowed 4 teamates. Anyone in the dungeon. And if you fail.." He moves his finger across his neck, showing that Leo will die. Or will he? "Take him away, Guards." The RaptorMen take Leo back to the dungeon and shackle him up again. "Well, I didn't even get a word out of my mouth... Now that sucked...." Ami slowly wakes up and looks at Leo. "What happened?" Leo replies, "I gotta fight Alternator later.... I'm allowed 4 teammates..." There is more comotion outside. "Oh no, not again..." Leo says to himself. But the door doesn't open. Instead, there is the sound of a sword unsheathed and cutting through flesh. Another sound like an axe going through steel. And punching. Three people besides the RaptorMen are outside. Leo wonders who is out there. The door slowly opens, and there stands three people. Hydro Death, BrightFire, (remember her from chapter 1?) And the masked stranger. There is blood all over Hydro's planet Sword. Blood all over the three. Hydro remarks, "Sup everybody?" Leo looks in a blank Stare. "How the hell did you find us?" Hydro replies, "Well, Reo-san, I just used a little detector." She pulls out a small detector remote out and shows several bleeps. Leo rolls his eyes. "Ms. SmartAss aren't we?" Hydro nods, laughing. BrightFire and the stranger are unshackling everyone. Hydro helps Leo up and asks, "So what is the Alternator up to now?" Leo helps Ami up and answers, "I have to fight him to get out of the zone. I can have 4 teammates to help. And, truly, I don't think I could live any longer with the Alternator around." Leo leads everyone out of the building. there lies 7 RaptorMen. Heads chopped off, arms ripped off, and holes in their stomaches. "Ooh, nasty." Leo chuckles. Before they all reach the door, Leo chooses wisely who to help him in the fight. "Hey, Hydro? Get Ami, Knux, and that masked dude over there." Hydro nods and takes the three by the arm. They head out the door.

"It's time..." Alternator's eyes light up and electricity flies out. He teleports outside, waiting with four RaptorMen. Leo, Hydro, Ami, Knux, and the stranger walk out and towards the Alternator. The 5 spred out and get into a fighting Stance. Alternator raises his fist quickly and the RaptorMen begin their attack. The 5 jump toward the raptorMen and begin to fight. Leo runs toward Alteranator after kicking some Raptor butt. Alternator grins. He throws his arm up and lightning is absorbed into him. Alternator brings down his hand and it shoots electric bolts at Leo, making him fly back. "AAAAAGH!HHH!!!!!" As the blue echidna falls to the ground with a charred chest, Alternator steps toward him. He kicks Leo in the stomache, making Leo fly back some more. Alternator keeps kicking Leo, till hie's had enough. As Alternator forms lightning and ready to fire, Leo gives a growl. But it sounds much like a lion growl. He grows claws, sharper than the sharpest razorblade, and he gains size.his eyes turn blood red, the whole eye. fangs begin to grow. He sowly turns into a snarling beast. As Leo gains size, he jumps toward Alternator, thrashing at him. "WHAT THE HELL----" Alternator is slashes across the face. The others, including the RaptorMen, jaws dropped, stare at Leo. Knux is the first to speak. "What the hell happened to Leo?" The stranger replies, "Oh nothing. He just turned into a crazy bloodthirsty beast with the IQ of an ant." The stranger thinks about what he just said. "Oh shit." As Leo and Alternator fight, Leo roars a mighty roar, turning Alternator pale. "Yipe..." Leo raises his hand, claws extending. He slashes Alternator's chest, and it bursts in blood. "AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!" He falls to the ground. "Well, maybe this isn't the last fight..." Alternator raises his cape over him and he disappears. Leo slowly transforms back to his original state, his shirt ripped off. He falls to his knees and clutches his head. "DAMN!!!!!!!" The RaptorMen run scared and disappears. Everyone that escaped are aplauding near the team. Everyone's cheering, joking around, laughing. Ami runs over to Leo. "What the hell happpened to you?" Leo replies weakly. "I-i don't.. know/.... Ugh...." He falls to the ground, too weak to stand up, lyeing unconscious. Knux picks up Leo and carries him over the shoulder. A portal opens and they walk through. They're back to the original Floating Island.

ALternator puts his hand on the window if the building, in his office."The damn echidna has a new way of defeating me.. But next time we meat, echidna, you will DIE. You will burn in hell, for all I care,but you will die a terrible death.. And I know how....."
