Chapter 7: God Wars
The last we saw our friends, Leo Ice finds that he is actually a fallen god. Though lost his immortality, he still seeks Alternator for a final battle. (Quick note: Leo Ice is 17. in last chapter, it said he was 18. But remember, he was 18 as a god. as a mortal, he is 17) Today, he searches Alternator. Keeping good friends at his side, he is sure he will destroy Alternator's reign of evil. But can he for real?
Leo is heading out to the EST building. (EST = Echidna Security Team) He's wearing a white tank top, slightly baggy military pants, combat boots, and an orange vest. He carries his bags in thebuilding and heads toward the elevator. He points to level 16. The doors open and he walks in. Zip T. Echidna is in there. "Hey Leo, sup?" "Nuthing much, Zip. Damn, it's been a while since I've been here.." "Yep... Knuckles was wondering about ya.." "Well tell him I'm ready to kick some major ass. In the meantime, I'm heading up to level 16, if that's okay with you." "Sure, fine. Leave me out fo the fun for all I care... Boo hoo.." Zip grins and Leo hits him on the shoulder. The doors open and Leo and Zip walk into the locker room. Leo runs to his locker and gets it open. ZIp stands, waiting. When Leo puts his bags and vest in the locker (he looks like CHarlie from Street Fighter Alpha with it on) and shuts the locker. "C'mon, lets get goin, Zip." 'Righty-o!" They run to the elevator and go to level 15 and finds Knuckles. They sneak up on him... and then... "BOO!!" "AH!!" Knuckles jumps up and turns around. (reminds you of last chapter eh?) "Whatcha do that for guys?" Zip and Leo fall to the ground laughing. Boy, are they having a good time! "Listen, you guys, I got a missio fer ya down beside the remaining part of Robotropolis. I need you to go over there and dismantle any robots on your way.' Leo Salutes. "Yes Sir!" "DON'T CAL:L ME THAT!!! I AM YOUR FRIEND, YOU CAN JUST CALL ME KNUCKLES!!!!!" "Okay, Sir... er... Knuckles!" Le and Zip have them a good laugh and head out.
Alternator watches the monitor. "So, your going to remaining Robotropolis, eh Leo? Well, You may find a little surprise in store for you on your way. And if you make it through the death trap, you will die inside the remains of the city." He grins and sits back on his chair.
"Leo, get yer ass over here!!" Zip calls Leo over. "What is it?" Leo wonders. "We're almostthere! Lets get this over with and done for!!" "Okay, then!" They run off towards Robotroplis. RaptorMen jump down from the trees, throwing out their blades. "HOLY SHIT!!!" Leo yells as one of them strikes him across the arm. "AGH, DAMNIT!!" Zip punches one down in the ground. "Hey Leo, what the hell are these guys?!?" "They're RaptorMen! Alternator's BodyGuards!" "Then Alternator should be nearby, eh?" "now that I think of it..." He jump kicks a RaptorMan and makes him fly towards Zip. "Hey, how about some volleyball?" "Love to!" Zip uppercuts the RaptorMan to Leo. Leo does a spin kick and sends the wornout raptor into the ground. They run towards Robotroplis to find some of their friends. Zoner, Mischief, Hydro Death, and Jade Echidna are looking around. Zoner sees the two and yells out, "Hey guys! Over here!" Zip and Leo wal over there. "Sup Zoner?" Leo says. "Nuthin, for some reason. There isn't anything but junk here..." "Mobius to Zoner! There has been nuthin but junk here!" "Well, don't you think it's unusual?" "Well... Now that I think of it, yes!" "Then myabe there are some robots around... Just not here..." Jade answers. "And We have found an old deroboticizer, and it still works! Oh, yeah, why didn't my car run after a mile?" Leo blushes a bit. "Um... I forgot ONE minor detail..." "What's that?" "I forgot to put the carbeurator back in..." "What the hell is a carbeurator?" "Um... A piece of the car that is needed in there,,,.... Heheh... Oh shit..." "WHAT>?!?!??" Hydro keeps Jade from kicking Leo's ass. "Hey hey, keep back! So he forgot something!" "OH HE'LL FORGET MORE THAN THAT!!! I'LL DECK HIM SO HARD HE WON'T REMEMBER HOW TO WALK!!!" Hydro threatens to slash Jade with the planet sword and everything settles down. Zip takes out a walkie Talkie. "Hey Knux, this is Zip. We can't find nuthin here in Robotroplis. Over." He waits for a reply. Then there is Knux, which sounds as if the EST building is under attack. "ZIP, LEO, GET YER ASSES OVER HERE, QUICK!!! THIS WIERDO IS DESTROYING THE BUILDING!!!! BRING HELP!!! GET HERE QUICK-------" The transmission is over. Nothing but static. "Well, you heard the man. LET'S GET MOVING!!!!" They run to the EST building. When they enter, everything is normal. "Hey, everything is okay... Wait a minute... Where's Grace? Where's the Secretary?? AW DAMN!!!" They run up to level 16 and look around. Dead EST soldiers lie on the ground, mainly by electric shock. Leo is the first to say. "This looks like Alternator's busines... And he had a little help with him... But not the RaptorMen...." Zip answers, "What the hell do you mean?" "I mean that he had help by one other person... Who would keep cutting and slashing someone even though he's already dead?" Everyone thinks for a minute. Then everyone says at the same time, "DASHBOARD!!!!"
"We're in the money... We're in the money... Yadda adda dooby dooby do do do...." Dashboard sings as he walks to Alternator's office. When he walks in, Alternator seems distressed. "Hey, what's up, big man?" "What's up is that pesky blue echidna and his friends are catching on...They survived the trapsand they caught on about you getting in on my business..." "Hey, you said fer me to get that girl echidna when Leo ain't around so should I go now?" "Yes... Head on.... She's at the MSC building right now...." "then now's the perfect time!" "Yes.... But if you don't hurry, that's 10,000 off each minute." "YES SIR!!!" He's already gone and heading out. All of Leo's friends, such as BrightFire, Hydro, Knux, Zip, Zoner, Mischief, and Skye, sit around a campfire thinking. "Now, guys, we got to think of some way to get DashBoard.... And try to keep Alternator from doing anymore damage..." The STranger steps in the scene. "Mind if I help?" He grins under his mask. "Well, thanks, but we have to hurry with it. "I hear Alternator is creating a Doomsday Device much more powerful than Robotnik's... He could destroy every living thing on this planet." "Well, tell us partner!" "I have a very well-though plan..." He sits near the campfire, sets his axe down. "We must strike now and get Alternator when he least expects it. If we don't, he'll already have the device ready to trigger. And then say goodbye to the planet." "All who votes for this guy's idea raise your hand." Everyone raises their hand. "All opposed?" A dark figure walks iin the scene. He raises his hand. "We shouldn't. If we do, he would just fire the device when he finds out. We must make a diversion." The figure walks out, and there stands Reko Rumano, tall and strong. "Alright, that sounds reasonable." The STranger interrupts, "But we could mix them up,that way it would be alot easier. But we can't right this second. In the morning." Leo agrees. "In the morning." Everyone nods. "In the morning."
Ami sits alone in the MSC building waiting for someone to come. She is barely awake. Then DashBoard walks in. "Hi there, Ami!" "Dashboard? Oh shit... Well, atleast SOMEONE is here..." "Yep! And could you, like, come here for a second?" "Sure, what do you want, Dash?" She get s up and walks over to Dash. Dash immediately grabs Ami, hand over her mouth and armsaround her stomache. "I got somebusiness wit you and the Alternator... " He grins. Ami's eyes widen, then struggles to get free. They are teleported out of the room. ANd Leo and friends don't suspect a thing.
