They call him MISTER Fixxit!!

Mr. Fixxit

Mr. Fixxit was born Ghalleghar R Vorkowski, but once the nukes fell, took the name of Fixxit. Prior to the Twilight war, he was a mechanic at a local garage. He is very knowledgable in the ways of vehicles, and has a tendency to tinker with them, in order to make them perform better.
Fixxit is a large man, with bushy brown hair and a full beard. He has a deep, booming voice, and has the ability to get people's attention by simply overpowering all other sounds. He stands 6 foot 7 inches tall, and looks as if he is the true-to-life impersonation of Paul Bunyan. He usually wears plain clothes with a mechanics jumpsuit over the top of it.
Fixxit's reputation came shortly after the nukes hit, and the marauders began to sweep their way across the countryside. A band of twelve marauders hit the town where Fixxit lived, and he did not particularly care for those men. One night, while they slept, Fixxit killed the guard, and proceeded to beat the others to death with a wrench. He successfully killed ten of them, taking 3 bullet wounds in the process. The remaining two escaped, running out of town, telling everyone that a madman had ambushed them. A neighboring town's gang captured the two men, finding out the entire story, and were so impressed with the story, they decided to go find this man and recruit him.
The gang did find Fixxit, but Fixxit was not one to follow. The gang, so impressed with this man after meeting him in person, asked him to lead them. The idea appealed to Fixxit, who figured he could use the extra manpower to help stabilize the area from other marauders, took the position. As time went on, he acquired more men, and not all of them as "pleasant" as his original group. In fact, Faust, his second hand man, is quite a mad man, and loves to have power over other people. One day, Faust will probably get up the courage to face down Fixxit, but that won't be until Fixxit suffers some humiliating defeat, and looses the support of most of his men. That hasn't happened yet.

Fixxit has the following attributes:

Fixxit's skills include Mechanic, Aircraft Mechanic, Unarmed Martial Arts, Thrown Weapons, Metallurgy, Construction, Climbing, Swimming, Instruction, Persuasion, Leadership, Ground Vehicle: Motorcycle, Tracked, and Wheeled, Intrusion, Machinist, and Observation.

Most all of his skills are around 4-5 with a couple 2-3 more in the Mechanics and Vehicle Operation.

Fixxit's Initiative is 5.

Fixxit's overall goal is to rid his area, and then his country, of all Marauders and outsiders. Fixxit dislikes and distrusts Russians. He has no love for Americans or British either, but he doesn't mind Germans. Usually he is fairly level headed, but if you push Fixxit too far, or give him no other alternative, he will usually resort drastic actions (such as clubbing your skull in with a wrench).

Fixxit's Men:

Most all of Fixxit's men love the man, and respect him, not just for his size, but also because he is charismatic. Only a couple of power hungry men will ever think about standing up to Fixxit, or the occasional idiot in the group that gets drunk and wants to be top dog. They usually find that man broken into a couple of pieces the next day.

Because of his prowess and charisma, morale is fairly high with his men, and no one really dares to challenge his authority. However, if something drastic were to happen, such as Fixxit losing the satellite imagery after having it inside of his base, then people may be more bold against him, and willing to follow whomever beats him. If this were to happen, they would surely lose all sense of morality, and just become a savage bunch of marauders, rather than a fairly well-led group.

Side Note:

Most of the time, when Fixxit has work to be done, he sends Faust and a group of men. He doesn't fully realize yet that Faust is power hungry, and loves to torture people. When they moved into their current fortress, Faust led the way, torturing and killing the farmers who lived on the farm. When Fixxit came there, he was not informed about this, and was told that the place was "simply abandoned". Fixxit isn't bright, but he's not dumb. He suspects Faust of foul play, and is keeping an eye on him.
