A movie for all consisting of action, drama, suspense, and fighting. The main protagonists are your favorite Street Fighters: Ryu, Ken, Chun-Li, and Guile. They must battle Shadowlaw lead by Vega (M. Bison in USA) and his fellow minions: Sagat, Balrog (Vega in USA), and M. Bison (Balrog in USA). It also has cameos of: Cammie White, Fei Long, E. Honda, Thunder Hawk, Dee Jay, Dhalsim, and Akuma.

Vega is in search of the warrior who defeated Sagat...the warrior who excealed the average Fighting Potential. Vega has sent out monitor cyborgs to look for Street Fighters so he can make them his slaves. He only wants the strongest of fighters.

Guile from the US Military teams up with Chun-Li from Interpol to investigate about monitor cyborgs and Vega. Ryu trains quietly on a moutain top...performing a perfect SHO RYU KEN (Rising Dragon Punch). E. Honda befriends him at a street fight.

There are various "street fights" with Ken versus T. Hawk, E. Honda versus Dhalsim, Ryu versus Fei Long, Zangief versus Blanka, and Chun-Li versus Balrog. In the end, there is a major brawl with Ryu, Ken, Guile, and E. Honda versus Vega, Sagat, and M. Bison. It ultimately finishes with Ryu and Ken versus Vega. Who will win? It's up to you to find out.
