Below are the complete bios for all of Dominion's characters. Well... The named ones anyway, and then some! Enjoy. Sorry this isn't in alphabetical order.
Leona Ozaki
Voice: Toni Barry
Appeared in: Dominion Tank Police, Dominion, Dominion: Phantom of the Audience, New Dominion Tank Police, Dominion: Conflict 1 - No More Noise
"This isn't a war against a country... It ain't a war against some guys in your political game... Revolutionaries who might do a better job then you can... This is a war against hoodlums who steal and murder and half the time the police have no idea
what the enemy's name is or what he looks like! Though you still order us to get out their and find him!"
Before she joined the Tank Police, Leona was a bike cop for New Port's Motorcycle Head Quarters Unit. Upon first joining the Tank Police, Leona found herself getting the cold shoulder from then Lieutenant Britian. After Leona accidentally destroyed
Britian's pride and joy, The Tiger Special, Britian was ready to throw Leona out of his unit. But then... Chaplain, got an idea. Because Leona was having trouble with the Tank Police's regular tanks (much less Britian's monster tank), he got the idea
of building a mini-tank from the scrap of the Tiger Special Leona wrecked. Thus the first Bonaparte was built! After its construction, something happened to Leona. Once Britian had told Leona to "Treat your tank like a brother". Leona not only took
this advice to heart but thanks to
this odd thing Leona has for cold metal things, Leona has now fallen in love with her Bonaparte. To her that little tank is the greatest thing on Earth. So understandibly, Leona became a wreck when her Bonaparte was destroyed in a fight with Buaku's
T4-F Virus Tank. Leona became very distraught over the incident and entered a deep depression. Until... Buaku slipped away from police. Once the chase to get him back was on, an order was put in to build Leona a new better Bonaparte. Through the
next several years of service, Bonaparte 2 has proven to be tough. Often taking severe damage and coming away in one piece. Until he was inevitably replaced with Kenbitsu Heavy Industry's knock off of Leona's Bonaparte design. Something Leona did not get paid for. Though she learned to love each new model Bonaparte just the same as the others. And as for Leona, she has turned from a somewhat bumbling rookie to a hard as nails cop ready for anything and eventually the tough boss of her Squad! On a more personal
note, Leona is Japanese and is Zen Buhdist. While she actually isn't very religious, her family is and she is not allowed to attend or take part in Christian Festivals. So unfortunately, Leona always misses the office Christmas parties. But why does Leona have to do what her family tells her? Because she still lives at home. In fact, her room looks like a War Museum, she has an annoying little brother to deal with, and "Mommy" always makes sure little Leona has her lunch money and gun before she leaves the house every morning. She also has a habit of shooting people (read: Love Doll Droids) who annoy her with rubber bullets.
Al Cu Ad Solte
Voice: Stephen Graf, Addam Henderson
Appeared in: Dominion Tank Police, Dominion, Dominion: Phantom of the Audience, New Dominion Tank Police
"Whatever happens, Leona... Let Justice always win!"
Al is Leona's partner and Driver/Maintenance Engineer of Bonaparte. Al joined the Tank Police just before Leona but was a rookie himself by the time Leona arrived. Al is the only member of the Tank Police who isn't slightly warped. In fact, most of
the time he's the voice of reason for the Tank Police. Provided he isn't shouted down, that is. Ever since Al first met Leona, he's had a crush on her. Unfortunately, he never gets to be with her. Especially, since Leona is often blinded by duty and
her love of Bonaparte to see how Al feels about her. However, despite his chasing Leona, he often has to deal with the Tank Police's pair of paper pushing beauties, Sophie and Miss Beachum. Both have a habit of hitting on Al, but Al always finds some
excuse to avoid them. Al is also something of hacker and likes to hack in to Head Quarter's Mainframe. And last but not least... Al has also been poisened by bacteria, covered for, and taken a bullet, all in the name of Leona. However, unlike Leona,
Al does not share her obsession for Bonaparte. Often has been the time when Al has wanted to abandon Bonaparte and escape, but Leona always changes his mind... Forcibly. But once, Al DID get Leona to abandon Bonaparte (mainly because the Power Armor
Leona was wearing at the time ran out of power, paralyzing her) thus saving them both from the fate that destroyed the original Bonaparte. As for his relationship with Leona... At this point they're just friends. However, the closest Al has ever
gotten to her was one time in the Station's Garage where Leona was happily cleaning Bonaparte. Leona and Al got into a small conversation where that ended up them ALMOST kissing. Unfortunately for Al, the Station's Alarms went off ruining the moment. I
don't think Al has ever gotten THAT close to her again.
Detective Charles Britian (Spelled Brenten in the manga)
Voice: Sean Barret
Appeared in: Dominion Tank Police, Dominion, Dominion: Phantom of the Audience, New Dominion Tank Police, Dominion: Conflict 1 - No More Noise
"This is the life! The throb of the engine, the wind on my face, the
ground trembling beneath!"
Britian is the Squad Leader of the Tank Police. He also has a habit of acting like the most macho man on the Force and has an occasionally bad temper. He is also a firm believer of "Bigger is Better". When Leona first joined the Tank Police,
Britian patrolled the streets in a monster tank he owned called the Tiger Special. He was very fond of that tank, almost as fond as Leona is of Bonaparte. Until Leona destroyed the Tiger Special. After that incident, Britian was determined to throw
her out. But in the end Leona proved herself to him AND reminded him of his duty has a Police Officer. A Duty he had been neglecting in order to keep his monster tank looking new. Britian is the best marksmen on the Force and prefers to use an old
style revolver as opposed to the sub-machine guns and automatics carried by everyone else. The only other person on the Force who shares Britian's experitse in fire arms is Nam. On a final note, Britian likes to do what he feels is right and often
ignores the Chief's orders. As for his personal life, he doesn't have one outside the Tank Police. However, he did eventually get married to a girl named Sumaiza. He also has a brother named, Brady. It should also be noted that Britian began Dominion as a Lieutenant but as of New Dominion, he is a Captain. And lastly, Britian often dreads the siren song of Sophie. Mainly because all she ever has for him is paper
work... Britian's LEAST favorite activity, especially since it must be done on computer and Britian couldn't type to save his own life. Also, Britian made a cameo appearance in Ghost in the Shell where he played an unnamed cyborg flunky.
The Chief
Voice: Jesse Vogel
Appeared in: Dominion Tank Police, Dominion, Dominion: Phantom of the Audience, New Dominion Tank Police, Dominion: Conflict 1 - No More Noise
"If you want us to zap 'em, GIVE US MORE TANKS!!! DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND?!!! THIS IS WAR!!! AND MY TANK POLICE ARE
AT THE FRONT LINE!!!"
The Chief is the leader of the Tank Police. However, his orders usually have little effect since most of the time he's ignored. To compound matters, the antics of the Tank Police have been known to almost give him
coronaries. Especially, since the Mayor often looks to him when she has a problem with the Police. However, the Chief has always stood by his men. But in recent years, the Chief has begun to see some reason in the Mayor's arguements and has tried to
get the Tank Police under control. Unfortunately, they still do what they please to the point where the citizens of New Port begin to think that the cops are WORSE than the criminals. Because of all these difficulties, the Chief has had a habit of
violently losing his temper. From chasing Britian around the office, to spraying him in the face with Pepper Spray, to throwing stuff at his men, the Chief just can't control it. However, the Tank Police have ways of dealing with the Chief's orders and
fits. Ways that usually include locking up the Chief SOMEWHERE within the confines of the Precint. Though, in recent years, the Chief has cut down his stress levels by hiring a Deputy Chief named Chongul to deal with the Tank Police directly. Thus, the stress of dealing with Britian and Leona and their antics is passed on to someone ELSE. As a result, the Chief is now calmer. But despite all this, the Chief still believes in his men and their ability to get the job done.
Jim E. "Specs/Four-Eyes/Yon" Lovelock
Voice: Bill Armstrong, William Dufries
Appeared in: Dominion Tank Police, Dominion, New Dominion Tank Police, Dominion: Conflict 1 - No More Noise
"Silly bugger, acting like a human..."
Specs is the scientific genius of the Tank Police. While he doesn't go around inventing stuff, his observations, ideas, and ability to understand complex scientific dilemmas have proved invaluable to the Tank Police on many occasions. When
he was younger, he tried to get into Oxford but wasn't accepted. Eventually, for unknown reasons, he joined the Tank Police. However, once Specs came very close to his dream of being a research scientist. He had applied for a job with the Critical
Science Development Agency. He got the job and was happy beyond belief. However, the CSDA took his work and made it their own. Disillusioned, he returned to the Tank Police. But despite this failure, Specs'
returned presence within the Tank Police gave him the chance to use his
mind to help the Tank Police and the rest of New Port time and time
again. Especially during the Dainippon Giken fiasco.
Chaplain/Reverend
Voice: Peter Whitman, Collin Bruce
Appeared in: Dominion Tank Police, Dominion, Dominion: Phantom of the Audience, New Dominion Tank Police
"Try it one more time, Specs. God's too busy to be kept waiting for this sinner!"
Chaplain is the religious person of the group. Originally, Chaplain was a beat cop. Then one day, he felt sorry for suspect and let him go. The crook turned around and shot Chaplain's partner and got away. Since that day, Internal Affairs has had
their eye on him. He eventually joined the Tank Police where his beliefs ACTUALLY merged with the Tank Police's attitude instead of clashing with it as one might expect. After Leona wrecked Britian's beloved Tiger Special, it was he that not only got
the idea to build Bonaparte, but it was he who gave Leona a shoulder to cry on and urged her on after Britian blew up at her. Chaplain also occassionally finds himself and his beliefs at odds with Specs scientific and logical view of the world. As a
result, Chaplain once gave Specs' a Bible for Christmas. It wasn't a well received gift... To say the least. But despite this and other things, Chaplain always maintains a proffessional attitude and a quick wit. He is also part of Britian's Main
Command Tank Crew. It should also be noted that Chaplain once took a bullet through the chest after confronting Uni Puma in the Station House, where she was about to re-kidnap Greenpeace. Coincedentally, Uni got away with Greenpeace and Chaplain got a
trip to the hospital for his trouble.
Mohican
Voice: John Bull
Appeared in: Dominion Tank Police
"In that case he doesn't need his tounge! So I say, cut it out of him!"
Mohican was a one shot character from the first OAV. Although good hearted, he has no patience for criminals and is somewhat more blood thirsty than Britian. But most of all, he loves interrorgations.
Charlie Nam
Voice: Unknown
Appeared in: Dominion, New Dominion Tank Police
"I never got a chance."
Charlie Nam first appeared near the end of Dominion. Like Britian, he's an expert in firearms. So naturally they get along. Nam is usually quiet but he loves to be where the action is. He is part of Britian's Main Command Tank crew and since New
Dominion has a prosthetic right hand that replaces the hook he had there when he first joined the Tank Police.
Sophie Beachum/Asada
Voice: Unknown
Appeared in: Dominion Tank Police, Dominion, Dominion: Phantom of the Audience, New Dominion Tank Police, Dominion: Conflict 1 - No More Noise
"Here you go, Captain! From the Chief! In triplicate, please! A full report by tomorrow!
Good luck with it, Captain!"
Sophie is the most visible secretary of the Tank Police. She seems to have a thing for Al, but he just tries to avoid her.
Besides, competing for Al's affections, she does one other thing in her job that gives her a bit of pleasure... Giving Britian paper work! She seems to enjoy watching Britian lose his cool at the sight of
more reports. Either that, or she's SO cheery, that she'll smile through ANYTHING and is totally oblivious to Britian's pain! But what's in store for Sophie's future? By 202X (Conflict 1) she becomes one of the Tank Police and under Leona's command. As a member of the Tank Police, she tried her best though she doesn't deal well with fiesty rookies (Anna Puma for one).
And lastly, Sophie had a multiple cameo appearance in Ghost in the Shell as part of a series of secretary droids who all look the same and work for Section 9.
Ron
Voice: Unknown
Appeared in: Dominion, Dominion: Phantom of the Audience,
New Dominion Tank Police
"Er... Is it time for your nap,
Sir?"
Ron is a background character. He is married with one child and is
usually seen giving the Daily Briefings in the Squad Room. Other then
that, most of the time, he's seen in the office and is not part of the
standard Tank Police force. He is seen promenantly in Dominion and
showed up a few times in New Dominion. He cameoed during the closing credits of Black Magic M-66 as a cop.
Mayor Weatherbea
Voice: Kate Harper
Appeared in: Dominion Tank Police, New Dominion Tank Police
"You call yourselves an 'Elite Force'?! How many claims against the Police do you think I've had?! And you didn't even
catch Buaku's Gang!"
The Mayor of New Port City has never seen eye-to-eye with the Tank Police. At first her concerns about the Tank Police's methods of Law Enforcement were merely politcal. She didn't think she could win another election unless she did something about the
Tank Police. However, in recent years, Weatherbea's attitudes have changed. No longer does she fret about the Tank Police because she fears the voter will kick her out of office. No she just plain fears that the Tank Police will pull off another stunt
that will cause unnecessary property damage or worse. And when the Tank Police do get under her skin, she often takes out her frustrations on the Chief. But despite this, Weatherbea eventually comes to value the Tank Police after they saved her city
from being blown to bits and saved her life from the acts of Dainippon Giken. In the end, Weatherbea becomes reformed to the point where she actually believes her own speechs. This ultimately leads to a bill that bans the production and sale of weapons
within New Port City. Unfortunately, this is what made her a target for Dainippon Giken.
Buaku
Voice: Marc Smith
Appeared in: Dominion Tank Police, Dominion
"The dumb die young. You'll never get a promotion now..."
Buaku isn't your common garden variety criminal. He's a semi-clone of Greenpeace enhanced with computer components. Which makes him a clone/cyborg. Created as part of the Original Greenpeace Project, his purpose, as was the purpose of several other
semi-clones, was to act as a lab rat to try out psychological and mental experiments that might harm Greenpeace herself. However, the Government got scared and had the project killed, the scientists murdered, and the semi-clones destroyed. By pure luck,
Buaku got away. Unfortunately, he came upon the World in a condition unknown has "Innosence". "Innosence" or Complete Mental Sterility simply means that the individual effected knows nothing. A completely clean slate. Such a person does not know up
or down, no earth or sky, nothing. By even MORE fortunate luck, Buaku not only learned to survive on the streets, but he soon became one of the most powerful Gang bosses in Japan. As a result, the Tank Police had to be formed to deal with Buaku and his
cohorts. Eventually, however, Buaku began to remember his past. Driven by programming, he risked all to steal a nude painting of him which ACTUALLY was encoded with the data of the Greenpeace Project. Unfortunately, by doing so, he stumbled into an
even darker underworld filled with people who want the data on the Greenpeace Project for their own mysterious reasons. In the end, the painting was destroyed. But not all was lost. Buaku remembered the location of the lab where he was created. Along with
his Lieutenents, Anna and Uni Puma, he found hidden in that lab the very thing that was responsible for his life... Greenpeace Crolis. Still in suspended animation and not looking a day over 14. He immediately took her into his gang and began to
formulate his "Masterpiece" of a Grand Plan. However, taking Greenpeace, did not go unnoticed by the CSDA which tried to get the Tank Police to recover her. But in the end, Buaku and his entire gang, minus Anna and Uni, and including Greenpeace, stole
Earth's first starship and its valuable pay-load... A planetary colony. The ship lifted up into space and Buaku and his gang have never been heard from since...
Anna and Uni Puma
Voice: Alison Dowling
Appeared in: Dominion Tank Police, Dominion, New Dominion Tank Police, Dominion: Conflict 1 - No More Noise
Anna: What a moron! Humans can be so dumb at times! I thought for sure, they'd all stay indoors when
the air's as bad as this!
Uni: I wouldn't bank on it, but this bacteria ridden smog sure makes our job alot eaiser!
Anma: You said it! We who were blessed with artificial intelligence have NO problems with pollution!
Anna and Uni Puma, better known as the Puma Twins, are a pair sentient lovedoll droids. For those of you who don't know what a lovedoll droid is, it is simply an android that is anatomically correct and was built and designed for the express purpose of
sex and sexual activities. A sexual home entertainment system, if you will. However, these droids are sophisticated enough to develop sentiency. As did the Puma Twins. Their past is clouded is mystery. The basic theory is that they were once used as
strippers until they gained sentience and turned their backs on such work. However, despite this change of heart, bits of their original programming shows through in the way they dress themselves, the way they dressed Greenpeace, and in their favorite tactics
for dealing with SWAT Teams. Sometime after gaining sentience, the two met up with Buaku and his gang. Thanks to their penchant for violence, action, crime, and greediness, they were hired and evetually became Buaku's Second in Command collectively.
While working for Buaku, they got tired of him and switched employers to the elusive "Mr. Big", but stayed with Buaku as attaches. After Buaku and his gang left Earth, the Puma Twins evetually lost their jobs with "Mr. Big", and ended up on the streets
as small time thugs, working for anybody who'll pay them. Later, thanks to one Superintendent Sakura, the two ended up as... COPS!!! To make matters worse, Anna was put to work with Leona's Platoon where she spent most of her time bored with nothing to do and begging Leona to let her go on patrol. Something that seemed impossible to Leona since the Bonaparte 9s of the period were built for shorter people and not for tall girls like the Pumas. At the point, Leona found out the hard way that the Pumas can jettison nearly ALL the water in their bodies in order to compress themselves down into small SD-like creatures (The process is reversable by simply drinking back the gallons of water). Uni, on the other hand, wound up working for Internal Affairs where she fit right in and caused no trouble at all. As for the Twins themselves, they are nearly inseperable and have actually generated a sisterly bond despite their assembly line origins. However, they occasionally get into spats. It should be
noted that the Puma Twins had a cameo in Ghost in the Shell as themselves.
Doc
Voice: David Graham
Appeared in: Dominion Tank Police
"What are you doing?! I command you to stop! The deal was to protect the building! Not flatten it to the ground!"
Doc was a one shot character who appeared in the first two acts Dominion Tank Police. In charge of the VAP Hospital, he's part of a secret research project to find a way to deal with the bacterial cloud that surrounds the Earth. His work however, is
somehow connected to the Greenpeace Project. Because of this, the mysterious figure known as "Mr. Big" had one of his lackies hire Buaku's Gang to steal urine samples from the Hospital. In order to keep the Hospital safe, he made a deal with Specs to
protect the Hospital by having a Police Tank at the Hospital 24 hours a day. Unfortunately, Buaku came back with two tanks of his own and the Hospital was destroyed.
The Boss (Deceased)
Voice: Unknown
Appeared in: Dominion Tank Police
"Well, the politics I move in is full of much dirtier crooks then you."
This mysterious underworld figure acted as the go-between Buaku's Gang and the mysterious "Mr. Big". He hired Buaku's Gang to steal urine samples from the VAP Hospital for some mysterious project that has to do with the Greenpeace Project. However, when
he, Buaku, and the Puma Twins were cornered by Leona and Britian, Anna sneazed causing Leona to pull the trigger and accidentally kill "The Boss".
Greenpeace Crolis
Voice: None
Appeared in: Dominion Tank Police, Dominion
"I want more LIGHT...!"
Greenpeace is the very heart of a top secret research project. As well as the heart of other Underworld and Government plots to attain data on her. Greenpeace is 1/3 plant, 1/3 animal, and 1/3 micro-organic colony, all neatly wrapped up in a humanoid
body. On the outside, she looks like a 14 or 15 year old girl with shoulder length black hair, green skin, and insect wings. But this is only part of what she is. She is quite litterally, a living air filter. She breathes in the Bacteria contaminated
air, filters it, and exhales pure oxygen. This little walking "Planet Earth", as Specs put it once, is capable of adapting to the most radical environments. Thus, she needs no food, shelter, clothes, nothing. Except sun light. Although, no sun
light won't kill her, it makes her terribly uncomfertable. She is also quiet sentient. But she is currently in the same mental state as Buaku was when he first entered the world. She is "innocent". Thus, she spends most of her time inert or
asleep.
But just HOW inert can Greenpeace be? Once, Leona tried to sneak out of Buaku's T4-F Tank, she ended up pulling Greenpeace by her wings accross the floor because Greenpeace wouldn't walk. In fact, she didn't scream or yell or ANYTHING! She just let
Leona yank her across the floor. Even though, she capable of talking, she rarely ever speaks. And when she does, it's usually to complain about lack of sun light. She was created as a way to fight off the Bacterial Cloud and to replace humanity with a
new species of human based on her. The project was successful in creating her. But the scientists weren't sure how to handle her mind and psychology since she was the first time humans tried to create human intellect biologically. So they created
Semi-Clones infused with computer parts in order to create cyborgs with which to test their theories so as not to damage Greenpeace herself. Buaku was one of those clones. However, the Government got scared and had the project destroyed and the
scientists killed. But not before they hid Greenpeace. Years later, Buaku would remember her location and brought her into his gang. However, being "innocent", Buaku put her in the charge of Anna and Uni. Unfortunately, the two weren't exactly the
motherly type to poor Greenpeace. Most of the time, they didn't even bother to dress Greenpeace. Not that Greenpeace minded being naked. Being "innocent", she felt no shame. In fact, it didn't even matter to her. All that mattered to her was getting
her sun light. Of course, the few times, the Puma Twins bothered to dress her, it was in the same skimpy revealing outfits they wear. In the end, once Buaku had her in hand, he set off on his plan to steal Earth's first Starship. To this end he
succeded. Now Greenpeace is among the stars, surrendering herself to the
rays of a distant sun, from the surface of another world. Greenpeace had a slight cameo in Appleseed the Movie minus her green skin, wings, and that bow that she often wears in her hair as Hitomi. Also, Ferris from Black Magic M-66 has a remarkable likeness to Greenpeace... I wonder...
Detective Hagashinada (Deceased)
Voice: John Jay
Appeared in: Dominion: Phantom of the Audience, New Dominion Tank Police
"I'm not arguing that tanks have a definate deterrent effect, but don't you think they're a little too crude and bulky to
handle all the subtlies of street crime?"
Hagashinada, of the City's Tank Division 3, was a heavily decorated veteran. Originally, he worked under city Councilman Paurgrabb as his right hand man. This put him in the middle of the Smartball contraversy. As a result, he and Paurgrabb found themselves in trouble when Anti-Smartball terrorists set their stadium on fire. Fortunately for Hagashinada and Paurgrabb, Leona saved them. Unfortunately, an unknown amount of time afterward, Hagashinada got involved in a deal with an inventor who had created a Spider Tank that could out do the standard patrol tanks. However, a City Official (Paurgrabb?) stole the
inventor's plans. So the inventor killed Hagashinada, dumped his body at the airport, and posed as him for Leona and the gang. He was doing Hagashinada's job of reviewing the Tank Police for HQ. But after leaving the Precint, he got his tank and
started trying to show off the Police. But just as he was about to blast Britian's Command Tank to bits, he was thwarted by Leona and Al. He was arrested and taken to the hospital for treatment. But while he was there, a hit man from Dainippon Giken
showed up and killed him.
Charon Ishihara (Deceased)
Voice: Unknown
Appeared in: New Dominion Tank Police
"I only have to turn my back for a second. You're at it again."
Born in 1991, Charon was Leona's old partner from when she was a bike cop. In 2016, she joined a special operation to dig up dirt on Dainippon Giken which cost her her life. She was strangled in a parking lot by Mueller. The Puma Twins were the only
witnesses to the murder. After her death, Leona swore to get even with Dainippon Giken and quit her job to chase them down. While she DID lead the Tank Police to her killer, she almost got herself brainwashed. Charon was 25.
Mueller (Deceased)
Voice: Marc Smith
Appeared in: New Dominion Tank Police
"Well, hello there! Long time no see, Little Girl!"
Mueller is quite simply, one of Colesman's lackies. A cyborg employed by Dainippon Giken, He was to aid with the plans to kill the Mayor. However, after killing Charon, he ended up trying to "recruit" Leona, who was trying to find Charon's killer. She
found him, and ALMOST got brainwashed. Fortunately, the Puma Twins, who had witnessed Charon's murder and knew Mueller, tipped off the Tank Police. As a result, Mueller was arrested and charged with the murder of Charon Ishihara. However, Colesman had
him broken out of prison so that he could round up bad guys to stir up trouble in New Port. The idea was to keep the Police distracted while Dainippon Giken made a play for the Mayor's Mansion. In the end, the plan failed and Mueller commited suicide
in his car. It should also be noted that prior to his arrest, Mueller tried to escape capture and caught a sabot shell in the arm from Specs' tank. The shot destroyed his right arm. He never got it replaced. Mueller had a cameo in Ghost in the Shell as a pawn of the Puppet Master.
Colesman (Deceased)
Voice: Unknown
Appeared in: New Dominion Tank Police
"Hah... Time will tell."
Colesman was the mastermind in charge of Dainippon Giken's underhanded dealings. He answered to the corporation's Special Executive's Committee. The Committee was just as criminal as Colesman, but he was their errand boy. He tried to have the Mayor Killed using the corporation's new Mobile Weapon Prototypes. He also tried to get his hands on a refinement technique that the company could use to corner the market in Virtual Narcotic sales. Eventually, with the help of his assistant, Kareoka, he sold out Dainippon Giken to both the Police and Rockford Enterprises after they fired him. But in the end, his plans to both serve Dainippon Giken and to eventually double cross them were unravelled by the Tank Police. He tried to escape New Port but after one of his men had shot Al, Leona followed him to the Airport and shot his jet down with Bonaparte's Vulcan. Cameoed in Ghost in the Shell as a corrupt Intelligence agent involed in the Colonel Malles faisco.
Mr. Big

Mr. Big is the mysterious underworld figure that dealt with Buaku and his gang. Nobody knows who he is, but it's theorized that he might be a Government Official.
Edmund Morris
Voice: Unknown
Appeared in: New Dominion Tank Police
"So these are the tanks you're so proud of..."
An old friend of Specs from the Heavy Sciences Research Laboratory (Perhaps they meant the CSDA?), he became involved with Dainippon Giken's plot to produce virtual narcotics.
Kareoka (Deceased)
Voice: John Jay
Appeared in: New Dominion Tank Police
"It's all going like clockwork..."
Kareoka was Colesman's Right Hand Man. Loyal to the end, even when his boss was fired, he helped him double cross Dainippon Giken. He did all of Colesman's dirty work and during the final act of New Dominion personally took charge of the Mobile Weapons. He is also the guy who shot Al. In the end, he died with Colesman when Leona shot down their jet.
Red Commando Leader (Deceased)
Voice: Unknown
Appeared in: Dominion Tank Police
No quote available at this time.
Red Commando Leader's true identity is not known. He is the leader of an elite mercenary group called the Red Commandoes. He was in charge of keeping Buaku's painting safe. But when the Tank Police answered the call about a break in at the New Port Auction House, his commandos lost track of Buaku allowing him and his gang to escape. He and his men chased Buaku and Leona trying to get back the painting. In the end, he got it, but Uni Puma payed him back by depriving him of his right to live.
Leona's Family
Voice: None
Appeared in: Dominion: Phantom of the Audience
Leona's Mother: "Oh, dear... Not again..."
Leona's Father: "Say, Leona, where are this morning's speed traps?"
Leona's Brother: "Hey, Sis!! Did you throw away my fermented inago beans without asking?!"
This is the bunch that Leona lives with. There's not very much to say about them. But perhaps they're part of the reason why Leona spends so much time at the station house. Well, besides Bonaparte, anyway.
City Councilman Kenny Paurgrabb
Voice: None
Appeared in: Dominion: Phantom of the Audience
"Justice, eh? What a friendly, old-fashioned word..."
Paurgrabb is your typical politician. He takes bribes, lies, cheats, steals, the usual. Once a hopeful to take Weatherbea's job from her, Paurgrabb is mostly associated with the brutal sport of Smartball. He sponsered the sport which led to many protests. Leona once confronted him about the brutality of Smartball, but that led to the Chief having to suspend Leona for fear that she might go back and pull something against Paurgrabb. Then, some protestors set the Smartball stadium on fire, trapping both Paurgrabb and then underling, Hagashinada. However, despite her contempt for Paurgrabb, she drove Bonaparte into the burning stadium and save their lives. In return, Paurgrabb had Leona put back to work.
The District Prosector
Voice: None
Appeared in: Dominion, Dominion: Phantom of the Audience
"Time to pay for your wanton brutality, Cop Lady!!"
Once head of the CADP (Citizens Against Destructive Police), she's most well known for being duped by Buaku's Gang into building the T4-F. Her citizens watchdog group (the CADP), gave the Tank Police the T4-F because they believed that it would be far safer then their patrol tanks. But what they didn't know was that Buaku and his gang were hiding out inside the tank. Using this Trojan Horse-ish maneuver, Buaku and his men stole all the ammo and supplies they could get their hands on from the Precint Garage. Then they powered up the T4-F and brought havoc to New Port. However, even after this incident, the Prosecutor has been out to get the Tank Police. She's even invaded Leona's worst nightmares. But could those nightmares come to life?

"...Reporters... They're always blaming the Police."
Leona's new partner after Al, Habana is a lot more tough then Al and a lot more synical. Paralyzed after being injured on the beat, his wheel chair doesn't keep him from being useful to the Tank Police. Married. Also had cameo in Ghost in the Shell as a guy on the street during the Pumas' own cameo.
