Karate Ghostbusters; 1978 HK

Another Jackie Chan adventure which allows him to display his talent for comedy as well as his vast array of Martial Arts skills. This time his adversaries are the ghostly spirits of the scriptures where Chan, playing the part of Lung, is learning his Martial Arts skills. Watch Chan in his hilarious encounters which teach him the skills to move on to a far deadlier battle later in the movie. Many people consider this being director Lo Wei's best film, combining a decent plot, attention-grabbing fighting choreography, and an interesting visual style.

A thief steals the Seven Fists book from the Shaolin temple library. Book is a training manual for a forbidden kung fu style. The thief gives the book to his son, a clan leader. After he has learned the style, he begins to use it against other clans. The only known way to defeat Seven Fists kung fu style is another, a long time ago lost kubg fu style, Five Fists. On one dark night a comet crashes the Earth and Jackie fights five ghosts without knowing who they are. These ghosts are the spirits of the masters who wrote the lost book of Five Fists style. They will teach Jackie the Five Fists style so he can fight the evil clan master and the thief who stole the foridden book of Seven Fists style.
