Hong Kong 1930. Jackie Chan, a country boy, is cheated out of his meagre belongings and left penniless. When he comes to the rescue of Park, an underworld boss who has been mortally wounded in a gang war, Park passes the gang leadership to Jackie by mastake! Proving himself with an exhirating demonstration of his fighting ability, Jackie finds himself boss a half of the Hong Kong underworld. The action accelerates as Jackie tangles with The Tiger -the rival mobster who killed Park - and finally explodes into mind-spinning feats of combat as he takes on the whole Tiger gang!
