Protector; 1985 US/HK

Jackie is a New York City undercover detective Bill Wong. His partner is killed during a robbery and Danny Aiello pays his new partner. When daughter of a rich mas is kidnapped Jackie and Dannie go to Hong Kong to chase a heroine smuggling gang in order to save the kidnapped daughter.

The Protector is a basic American thriller. James Glickenhaus wanted to make it that way.
