She's the counter part of Sailor Uranus. Sailor Neptune is the smartest of all the senshi in my opinion. She is also the prettiest, that is next to Venus!!! Neptune was a part of the dynamic Moon Love deuo that was solely after the tailsman. Yes, she too had a tailsman. She carries the Aqua Mirror that lets her see dark visions and true forces. It's a cool little utensil. Neptune is so cool and one of these days I'll make a page that justicfies her coolness but for now this will have to do!
