I prefer to call her Chibi but since you guys probably know her as Rini then here goes...
Rini is Neo Queen Serenity and Prince Darien's daughter from the future. She comes to the past to get the imperium silver crystal to save her mommy and Crystal Tokyo. She gets on Serena nerves at first but she adjusted.
In Sailor Moon S, Rini comes back to train with the Scouts so she can be a Sailor Scout in the future. Rini is very cute, she has a little toy ball named Luna-P, it looks just like Luna!
