Luna
Luna a talking blue cat that found the SailorScouts. She is Serena's little pet ever since Serena found her with her bandaid on her forehead. Luna provides guidance to the Scouts and encourage them a give a claw whenever she can.
Luna supplied the scouts with their transformation pens and communicators.
Luna is the one who rounded up all the Scouts with the help of the talking white cat,Artemis, who she talks to through a Sailor V video game at the arcade.
