Raye is a no-nonsense girl and seems to be the second leader if you watch episodes closely.
She feels that she has the best leadership ability.(Might I add that I agree with her.)
Raye is very strong-willed.She is a good friend and will never give-up during a fight.She has psychic visions which are a great help to the Sailor's.
She lives at Cherry Hill Temple with her Grandpa.A guy named Chad also lives there,and he has a huge crush on Raye. Raye is very under-rated,probably because she seems to be mean to Serena.Sure,Raye and Serena argue a lot ,but in the later episodes they don't fight near as much.Probably,because then,Serena gets a lot more serious,and a lot braver.
And,in my opinion,the only reason she argues with Serena,is because she wants Serena to be more serious.(Who could blame her?)Serena and Raye are actually good friends....
