    duoleft.jpg (3611 bytes)Chef Aaron Ellinger, executive chef of FineHost, the caterer at the Tulsa Convention Center, Gourmetsaid that he thinks the menu will surprise people.   "Nationally, convention centers do not have reputations for serving gourmet meals.  We're changing that perception."

    Ellinger, who has been in Tulsa only a few months, has a 15-year career that has included stints in Dallas, Houston and New York for food industry notables marhorz.gif (9700 bytes) and AraMark.
