Lawsuit Filed Against Herbalife

Herbalife that markets a line of nutritional supplements and diet products using multi-level marketing. As with any marketing program involving independent representatives, there needs to be a set of rules defining the rights and responsibilities of all parties involved.

Not surprisingly, though, representatives have few real protections if the company decides to change the rules of the program, or decides to enforce those rules in an arbitrary manner.
