My parents new car has a sunroof. The only problem was that the glass of the sunroof had a
crack in it. My parents wanted to make sure that this wouldn't allow any water/rain to seep into the
car. SO WHAT DO THEY DO??? My father tells the owner that he would like the garden hose to
be turned on and the water poured onto the car. How ingenious! I said to the owner and my father,
(on noting that the windows and doors were open) Don't forget to close the windows and
doors.
My mum and I get back from going to the toilet (It was a long trip), and we see these
two grown men with red faces grinning at us. The owner said " We left the door open and the
driver's seat is wet". Thinking it's a joke my mum said "That's very funny. I suppose you want me
to believe you?" The owner looked at my dad, who said " It's true, we forgot to close the door and
we got the seat wet". My mum looked at me and I looked at her, then we looked at those two idiots
standing there grinning.
Now the car is been washed inside and out. My parents bought the car, and the car is now sunbaking (I mentioned that a hairdryer might be faster). Obvously these two men (my father and the owner) thought that they were little boys again. Problem is, that my dad is 55 years old and the owner is 64 years old, and I am 25years old, and I had to tell them to close the windows and doors??? Something amiss here!
What nutcases I have to put up with... Bye for now...Soosh
