It finally happened. I was somewhere along A1A on my way towards KW trying to read the RITS when ...
Maybe I should back up and introduce myself. My name is Gris-Gris. Yea, you read it right. My mother listened to Bubba while I was being born and had just read TD the night before. So, being a PH, I suppose it was inevitable that she chose a name for me that had a Caribbean ring to it. I guess YHTBT. My father, a SOASOAS, left us one night after a HCJ and headed OTSTL. We heard later that he died SOC. My mother, generally a DTE woman, always went into a FF whenever JB came into town. She was of the opinion that BIG. That opinion got her in HW with the COB,O which we attended each and every F. I grew up listening to the JMS and learned to read on TFM. Sadly, my mom died after eating the BS, LMIP, and FC Buffet which she had ordered from the MCLNM in France.
Back to my story.
I was surfing the 'net one night and came across the a.f.j-b newsgroup. I posted something OTTOMH asking about DRALS. Apparently I made some GOP mad cause I got this reply back telling me to RTFF first. Well phriends, I did and let me tell you I ROTFLMAO. I guess some people are just LADI34T. A few days later, I came down with a bad case of Liddelitis. My doctor told me that if I made CILCIA would surely follow. So I went and got AWSCAAPC from the BBBB Emporium and let the BW blow me south.
I met this HOP who worked at the RD, a motel where I stayed one night on the way down. He told me about this bar called the V. Apparently it's located in this OPH just outside of M-ville. They serve Remora and 'ritas. It sounded interesting so I decided to take a look. After much searching, I finally found the bar and when I went inside, the barkeep told me that I was welcome to stay but to PNATTMBTC. Seems he's a GYP who, while HD one day, ran over someone. This person was a Cuban witchdoctor and she put a powerful curse on him. The curse was that he would sing a Love Song every hour on the hour for 17 3/4 years. Not wanting to cause any trouble, I just listened to TJM on stage sing SYKBH. I drank the BIG house drinks till 3 am at which time I was GOD.
The next thing I knew, I woke up under a LP situated about a mile BTB. I have a nasty feeling that if I don't remember what went on last night, I'll be in deep doodoo. They tell me that down here, P40 to life if they get caught. I surely don't want that. With my eyepatch that I seem to have aquired, the authorities might make a JM! Just WIJM?
Not sure what some of the abbreviations stand for? Don't feel bad, I have to have a crib sheet close by whenever I read anything on the Buffett mailing list. Abbreviations run amok!
