Even though Laura called I still didn't sleep very well last night. But that's O.K. We get to the school, unload the van and get ready for the day. We don't have any new registrations (well one that registered last week) so that made my job easier. We do Opening Council then I get my first group for the summer. I know how to do each workshop, I know the science behind it but I've never done it. That's pretty scary. But everything went SMASHING! The group was amazing. So cooperative, fun, and interested. It was great. Phil and Nina said their groups were amazing too. This was the best Monday ever.

We get home and then go off to do laundry and some shopping. Nina and I go to the Wal-Mart and pretty much buy them out of straws, skewers, and glue gun sticks. We also do some personal shopping.

We go back and pick up Phil from the laundry mat then go off to do groceries. Phil makes us burgers and then we pretty much just relax.

I called Nicky and talked to her for a while. She told me that her parents got separated. Been there so I told her that if she needed to talk to someone that she can call me. I tried to talk to mom but no one was home. Oh well.

Laura arrived today while I was looking for a bank. She wasn't feeling well and slept on the side of the highway for 5 hours. She started to feel better before she went to bed. Guess I don't get my group back tomorrow.
