Redwood is also toxic. Fruit woods like cherry, peach, apricot, and plum are toxic
unless they've been dried for AT LEAST a month. What makes them toxic is when
the sap is present in the wood. Drying them also dries the sap. It can be very hard to
remember which woods to avoid, so a good rule is: dry all wood before giving it to
your bun.
