Yuji is a promising young lad with an innate ability of instant knowledge.
After his father died, people avoided him because of his abilities. Discovering
later that his uncle planned to take the family valuables, Yuji's gate reversed
and soon he was recruited by Kiikai and Akuma. Unbeknownst to both invaders,
Yuji knew he was going to be used as a tool and began plotting for himself.
During the appearances of the top brass in Japan, Yuji entered Tategami High as
Reiji Kageyama. He brought with him a plan for slow destruction of the humans
he considered to be bugs. He planned to start with the gatekeepers and their
leader, Shun. He befriended the gatekeepers as classmates and they were unaware
that Reiji was the evil gatekeeper they fought with. He also established the
"Society of Political Thought," a group that would grow into the "human farm"
the original invaders envisioned. Getting further from his goal, he lured
Megumi to kidnap and brainwash her rival, Ruriko, to kill Shun. After the
battle with Jim, Jun, and Misao, he revived the fallen top brass's crystals and
ultimately used them to be his mecha--the powerful Jet Black Robo, which he used
to destroy the Gate Robo Zero (twice). However, the mecha was no match for a
fully-powered Shun who opened a vortex to take all invaders in. Shun tried to
save him, but Reiji allowed himself to join his fallen allegiances. |
