Fish Pate
This can be made with salmon, smoked mackerel, kippers, tuna, sardines or pilchards. Its very easy to make and very pleasant to eat! I usually have it with toast.
All measurements are in grams. The instructions are the same for both tuna & sardine pate.
Tuna Pate
One (1) 200g tin of tuna in oil
100g soft cream cheese (like Philadelphia, for example)
1.25 mls ground nutmeg

Sardine Pate
Two (2) tins of sardines in tomato sauce
100g soft cream cheese
Seasonings
Instructions
1. Stick all the ingredients in a food processor (blender) and switch it on until its smooth.
2. Put in the fridge, eat when you want to!
