  • Support Person Refusal Form - If you intend on having someone attend as your support person any time you meet with the Children's Aid Society or any of it's staff, whether at home or in their building, you should bring this form along. If they refuse to allow you to bring a support person with out that person being court ordered not to be with you, then sign this form and give it to your lawyer and send a copy back to us and we will be sure to act upon it.
