APPENDIX B CHARTER INFORMATION
The following information is needed each December at the Winter Conference for rechartering.
1.  Number of members inducted before December 31 of the preceding year and  whether they are Ordeal, Brotherhood, or Vigil.  (Secretary)
2.  Number of Ordeal members inducted during the current year.  (Ordeal Master)
3.  Total active membership.  (add 1 and 2 above)
4.  The total number of Scouts, Explorers, and Scouters in the lodge.
5.  The total number of members who completed their Brotherhood or Vigil during  the past year. (Ceremony Chairman)
6.  The total number of troops visited by Election Teams.  (Unit Election Chairman)
7.  The number of troops with members eligible for OA membership.  (Unit  Election Chairman)
8.  The total number of troops in the Council on December 31 of the preceding  year.  (Staff Advisor)
   
APPENDIX C OFFICERS INFORMATION
Every officer shall be responsible for:
1.  Attending all Executive Committee and Lodge Meetings.
2.  Maintaining a current copy of the officers folder pertaining to their position.  (includes phone numbers of officers, current lodge calendar, and event information for the current year, and past year results)
3.  Submitting progress reports to the appropriate officer as indicated in Appendix A, in a timely manner.
4.  Inform his Advisor of significant items under his jurisdiction.
5.  Act in a manner as to bring respect and credibility to the position he holds.
6.  Maintaining a neat and Scout like appearance at all lodge functions.
7.  Keeping internal differences within the Executive Committee whenever possible so as to minimize disruption of the membership.
8.  Maintaining a creative atmosphere within his committee so as to bring out ideas and suggestions for the improvement and streamlining of lodge activities.
9.  Shall enforce the uniform and insignia regulations as stated in the OA handbook.
