Bailey: "Sam..."
Sam: "Hey."
Bailey: "It's after two. You should be home."
Sam: "Yeah."
Bailey: "What is it Sam?"
Sam: "Bailey, when you were profiling... how often did your personal life intrude upon your work?"
Bailey: "It's part of the gig. Any profiles filter through the experience of a profiler."
Sam: "No, I'm not talking about just filtering, I'm talking about actually taking over. I mean, this is more than just some abstract sense of a killer trying to form a bond, I keep getting an image of an actual wedding."
Bailey: "Well, it's the logical extension of the relationship he wants with his victims, at least in his mind."
Sam: "It's going through my mind, you see, I don't know if it's going through his. Today is my anniversary. Tom and I would have been married twelve years."
Bailey: "I'm sorry Sam." (they hug)
Sam: "How many anniversaries have you spent alone?"
Bailey:"Ah, two different things. Yours was an unexpected tragedy, mine was a matter of convenience. Can I buy you a drink or three? Jameson's Irish."
