A
B-Vitamin that can boost memory.
Choline, a member of the B vitamin family needed
to make the phospholipid phosphatidyl choline (
lecithin);
needed to make the neurotransmitter acetylcholine.
Choline has recently got the reputation
as a useful memory booster.
A choline supplement called DMAE
(2-dimethylaminoethanol, also sometimes called deaner)
is available, and it may be the best version of choline to use.
The best dietary source is egg yolks.
