It is amazing that every cell in the universe seems to know it's role, which it plays at the appropriate time and in the appropriate place - in the life of this universe. IT IS EQUALLY AMAZING THAT WHILE OUR BRAIN KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT IS GOING IN EVERY MINUTE PART OF OUR BODY, IT TELLS US NOTHING, AND SO IT IS WITH MANY OTHER THINGS!

Astrology is just a model to try and connect one set of 'foreseeable happenings' to a set of 'seemingly un-foreseeable possibilities'. This is theoretically a rational model and in line with advanced mathematical theories - where non disturbing observations of some parts, at different times, can tell of the state of the entire system.

Thus existence of predictable destiny is rational, and for all it is worth, predictions and astrology as a tool can be usefully used. The fact that each cell and gene seems to know its predestined role and timing may be an indication that at the basic level things are quite predictably organized in space and time, and probably other dimensions.

Light takes a finite amount of time to travel from an 'object' to you. We are always seeing the past. Other's past is our present. Our present is other's future (other->-our->-other). Our clock is only right at our 'core' - when we get up from sleep (become conscious) we come back to our present, past and the future!

It is rather inconceivable that the genetic (physical) evolution is separable from the evolution of the consciousness. The link and its kinematics may be rather obscure - i.e. if one makes a distinction - as even in the traditional sense 'Evolution' is a linked interaction between the two, emerging in the future generation. Characteristics of consciousness which indicate presence of boundaries, sub sets, super sets, etc. - suggest a certain quantum nature of time-consciousness.

Life has no meaning without consciousness (it being just that). Somehow time and consciousness are rather linked and one is required to qualify the other. As consciousness is rather changeable so it may be that time is non-linear. Time may well be a very non linear illusion/delusion to project (or of) consciousness.

Genes may contain not only our physical, mental, and emotional traits - but also traits of destiny. So, it may be a wise thing to look back at ones ancestry to keep an eye on one's vulnerabilities in this regard too. Astrology claims to be able to say what kind of people will come in your life in the future.
