Streams and rivers, fed by rain
and melting snow, run into the sea; but the sea is never filled. The
heavens are illuminated by stars, planets and galaxies beyond our ability to count them or even see them with the most powerful telescope; but God created them all and calls each of them by name. God is amazing! He holds the universe together and gives breath to every living creature
God thinks about us continually
and knows the number of hairs upon our heads. He knows our thoughts
before we can even comprehend them ourselves. Knowing us like He does,
yet He loves us and draws us unto Himself that we might personally know Him and
have fellowship with our God and creator.
How precious also are thy thoughts
unto me, O God! how great is the sum of them! If I should count them, they are more in number than the sand: when I awake, I am still with thee.
