Aloe Vera
The Aloe Vera is a
tropical plant, belonging to the family of the Liliaceas. It is a plant
with exceptional therapeutic properties. There are 200 diferent
kinds, only four with verified qualities, and of these, the well-known
kind, the "Barbadensis Miller" is the most common one.
Hundreds of years
back, man discovered the remarkable properties of the aloe; from
that time, thousands of people through the world have used it,
verifying these properties, calling it "green medicine", "the plant for
the burns", or "the plant of immortality". Scientific evidences of
clinics and laboratories confirm their effective action in medical
treatments. Nowadays it is a component of thousands of cosmetic
products. The word ALOE means "bitter and shining" and VERA
means "true".
