Here are some pictures of choir members. On the left is a picture of the Alumni, otherwise known as the Amadeus Choral Society. This is where graduating members of the college choir can continue to sing together. There are at least 4 generations in this photo, taken at Lake Lucerne last June 1998. Every year, the alumni imparts it's growing singing skills to new choir members through joint projects. It's a nice tradition!

This is Winston, our general handy man, showing that even macho choir members have a soft spot in them. His teddy has found a really snug place to hibernate in his trouser pocket! This was taken at Vienna airport, on the last leg of our journey during the Competition trip to Europe last June. Winston's a very useful guy to have around. He can do anything!

There was one evening in the Swiss Alps - a magical moment - when we sang and entertained an English couple in the piano lounge. We sang all our favourites and threw in a couple of Asian folk songs to wow our appreciative audience. From Phantom of the Opera, to Les Miserables, to Filipino tribal chants and Chinese folksongs...It was truly a memorable night!

Here we all are! This is the whole gang who went on the Competition Tour to Europe last June 1998, plus our honoured surprise guests from Britain. We're in our favourite hotel in Switzerland, where every bedroom has a fantastic view of the Swiss Alps. We weren't bothered at all that this was the only place that served us Continental breakfasts. We were already drunk on the scenery! Guess how many cameras were used to take this picture???

Here is Huiming, Karrin and I enjoying a ride at the fair they had near the Competition dining hall/auditorium. As usual, I closed my eyes most of the time when I was 'flying' through the air...Luckily I didn't lose my shoes! By the way, this is a BEFORE picture!
