Son Gokuu was not the smartest of men. But what he lacked in intellectual
ability he made up for in charisma: and the most
wonderful thing about this charisma was that he was completely ignorant
of it. Gokuu just drew people to him. It was really an
admirable quality.
The only downside to it, was that not all these people drawn to Gokuu were particularily friendly.
And once again, he was clueless of it.
Kyande on the other hand was not. She knew perfectly well that all the people around her had no good intentions.
" Go ahead, Super Saiyajin, give them the fight they've been looking for. "
" Yeah, thanks, Vejiita, " Kyande muttered in response.
Kiwi chuckled a bit. " That frail little thing is what your race spoke of? The Densetsu no Super Saiyajin? "
" You're kidding right? " Dodoria leered.
Kyande broke into a peal of nervous laughter. " Yup, that he is! I'm not the Legendary Super Saiyajin... he is! " she pointed at Gokuu. Gokuu, Dende, Kiwi, Zarbon, and Dodoria all looked confused.
Vejiita and Katera looked apalled.
Katera was the first to speak in a long time, and when she did, it sounded strained. " He's found the legendary power too? "
" No, " Gokuu protested, sounding disappointed, " I haven't! "
Gokuu, you're killing my plans faster than I can formulate them! Kyande complained inwardly.
" Legendary Power or no, are we just going to stand here and talk all day, " Zarbon complained, " or are we going to fight? "
Katera extended her hand towards Zarbon, palm out. She tilted her head, raised an eyebrow, and ki blasted.
Kyande and Gokuu dodged to opposite sides, and Zarbon raised himself over the blast last minute. Kiwi and Dodoria stared. Dende gulped.
Zarbon appeared shaken. " What-- What the hell was that? " he demanded.
Katera shrugged almost imperceptively. " Silence, " was the name she gave to the attack.
Vejiita chuckled. " You're lucky you dodged, Zarbon, that one gave even me a headache when she tried it on me. "
Dodoria suddenly snarled and moved to grasp Vejiita by the sides of the head. " Allow me to show your little slut how it's done! " he sneered and prepared a headbunt.
Kyande watched the expression on Katera's face and became suddenly very afraid. She 'ummm'ed and moved backwards to the same distance as Kiwi.
When Dodoria's forehead was millimetres away from Vejiita's, Katera's fist suddenly met him directly on the temple. With a flick of her wrist, Katera opened her fist and grasped his ear and much of the flesh around it. Nearly ripping the ear from his head, she pulled him over and away from Vejiita to face her.
Her eyes narrowed to slits and her voice lowered to a deadly cold hiss, she inquired, " What did you call me? "
Dodoria grinned, making quite possibly the biggest mistake of what was to become his very short life. " A slut, because that's just what you are, Kateraope. You're nothing but Vejiita's little whore, and you probably gave Nappa a few good times while you were at it. "
Kyande forced a giggle nervously. She looked down at Dende beside her and grabbed the kid by the back of his tunic. " Hey, Dende, how about you go pay the Eldest Namekuseijin a little visit? "
" Wh-- " was all Dende could manage before Kyande took off.
" Come on, Gokuu. "
Gokuu paused reluctantly, looking back at the impending battle as Katera strugged with the insults handed to her. " But-- "
" Come on! "
Kyande grabbed him by the collar and took off at top speed, her ki signature illuminating the green Namekian skies.

Freezer watched through a scouter as someone's Sentu ryoku began to escalate. Just before the highest possible threshold of the machine, he turned it off and clasped his hands behind his back.
" Send for the Ginyuu Force, " he said quietly.
The soldier at the middle of the three behind Freezer yelped and inquired, " A-are you certain, Freezersama? I mean, we'll send for them but, but, don't you think that's a little extreme? "
" Are you questioning me? " came Freezer's quiet response.
" Um... no. "
" Oh, " said Freezer as blood red ki energy reduced the soldier to dust, " then I've killed you for nothing. How sad. Sumimasen. " Freezer glared out the window at the barren Namekian surface. The Ginyuu will make everything right again.
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Katera had been silent for so long, Dodoria was beginning to wonder if she hadn't gone into a meditative trance... or something. What he didn't realize, was that there was quite the telepathic debate going on.
You see, Katera wanted nothing more than to repay Dodoria for his words. However, her strong sense of duty reminded her that the prince had been insulted as well.
So who was to kill him?
Audibly, Vejiita settled the whole thing. " Go ahead, Katera. "
Katera's grip on Dodoria's ear tightened, and the larger warrior screamed.
Kiwi and Zarbon moved forward, but Vejiita appeared between them and their companion with his arms crossed and his stance relaxed.
Quietly, and with a smile, he advised, " Let her have her fun. "
Dodoria continued to scream. Katera watched on expressionlessly. His screams escalated, crescendoing with the pain, until abruptly it all halted, and Katera let go with a blood soaked hand. Dodoria plummetted to the ground, the blood from his ear leaving a gushing trail above him as he fell.
Katera looked idly at her hand and shook some of the excess blood off. The warrior then flew forward to rest next to her prince. Looking over at him, still without expression, she asked, " Ojisama? "
" No, " Vejiita answered, the small smile still on his lips, " I have no interest in them. Why don't you handle it? "
" Hai. "
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Oh man, ohmanohmanohman, Kyande whined internally. Katera killed that guy like that! Just like that! Oh maaannnnn... I wanna get the Dragonballs and get out of here now!
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Tenshinhan and Yamcha were training noisily. Kuririn and Chouzu were cheering them on. Piccolo was sulking. (or meditating according to him) Bubbles was picking flowers. The golden clouds were overhead, and the pink 'sky' around those was aglow.
Kaiousama was working on his latest mystery.
" Ah-HAH! " he bellowed suddenly, triumphantly. " I've Got It! "
" Buh? " asked Yamcha, receiving Tenshinhan's fist in his face. He fell over with a crack and lay twitching a moment.
" Oh, " said Tenshinhan, " sorry. "
" What have you got, Kaiousama? " Kuririn inquired, running over to the Lord of Worlds.
" I've deciphered some of the mystery surrounding that Kyande girl, " answered Kaiousama. It seemed Kyande was forever to be dubbed 'that Kyande girl' by him.
" Oh really? " Yamcha sat up, intrigued by the news, " What? "
" She's not even from this timeline! " Kaiousama marvelled. Everyone stared. He then muttered, " At least I don't think so. She is a time traveller, but her future as things stand is blurred. "
" Could she be erasing herself? " Kuririn wondered.
" I don't think so. " Kaiousama murmured in response. " At least not intentionally. Ah damn it! I can't tell! "
" Perhaps she changed something in the past that has made her future uncertain, " Piccolo suggested. All the stares turned to him. Still as dour as ever, he continued, " She seemed to react to things as if they were different from what she knew. "
" Yeah, " Kuririn agreed slowly, " That's right. "
" Gokuu certainly is taking her as a trainer seriously, " Tenshinhan pointed out.
" Yes, I just hope that she doesn't lead him to his death against Freezer. " Kaiousama worried.
" She seems to think he's strong enough, or will have the strength to beat him, " Yamcha stated.
" But what if that's one of the things that have gone askew? " Chaou-zu asked. No one had an answer.
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Zarbon could feel a cold sweat break out. Dodoria had possessed the same powerlevel as he, and Katera had defeated him with no problem. What was this? He was supposed to be stronger than either of the two remaining Saiyajin. Together they were able to beat him, and they'd always been arrogant. But Vejiita knew something. He knew something that made him absolutely sure Katera could handle both Zarbon and Kiwi with no assistance whatsoever. She too, possessed this confidence.
Zarbon was not a gossiper like Dodoria... had... been. He could assess these two quite well, and he had plenty of reason to worry.
Kiwi, little baka that he was, was still leering at the Saiyajin with that overconfident cocky smirk on his purple features.
Katera smiled coolly. " I'm gonna wipe that smirk off your face, Kiwi, " she said softly, with an edge of malace, " painfully. "
Kiwi cocked his head to the side. " Try it, " he invited.
Katera crouched, as if to spring at him. Kiwi tensed slightly in preparation.
Then Katera disappeared.
Kiwi gave a start and looked this way and that. There was no sign of the Saiyan warrior. All he could see were green Namekian skies and serene islands scattered amidst calm emerald waters.
Out of nowhere a blast of ki energy slammed him in the back, followed immediately by another, and another... Kiwi plummeted to the ground, his eyes closed against the pain that tore screams through his throat.
He hit the ground with a loud boom, and then choaked when Katera landed hard with both feet in the small of his back.
Zarbon took a small intake of breath, then flew towards Katera's back. If there was any way of winning this, he had to get her while she was distracted. The Saiyajin was completely preoccupied with Kiwi, she'd never see him coming.
Katera suddenly turned, pivoting her heels deeper into Kiwi's back. She looked up at Zarbon with narrowed eyes and he knew this battle was his last...
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Kyande, Dende, and Gokuu landed outside the building that housed the Eldest Namekuseijin. They had arrived with no trouble, having all their enemies (those potential and otherwise) distracted by, well, by each other. Along the way, Kyande had snappishly answered those of Dende's questions she felt like, or allowed, and repeatedly called him a baka.
They stood outside a moment, basking in the silence, if you will. Kyande wanted a moment of rest. The whole ordeal had been wearing heavily on her nerves.
The door opened and Nail stepped out. He paused, with one hand on the doorframe, and watched the visitors until they noticed him. When they did, there was another round of stares.
Kyande cocked her head to the side and inquired, " Piccolo? "
Gokuu took in the baggy white pants, brown shoes, and navy vest the Namekuseijin wore, and then the face and looked incredibly confused. " Is that... Piccolo? " he wondered.
" Nail! " Dende cried, running to greet the other Namekuseijin and dispelling the problem over who he was.
" Man, " Kyande complained as she and Gokuu followed Dende towards Nail, " They all look alike to me. "
" So, " said Nail, his soft-spoken voice riding on the wind, [I'm basing this on his First english voice, although his second wasn't all that bad... as long as he didn't have to scream... but I'm off topic.] " you're the ones. "
" Hah? " Kyande questioned, " one whats? "
" Guru has been waiting for you, " said Nail, indicating the door.
Kyande blinked and took him up on his offer. Gokuu followed her, as did Dende. Nail took up the rear, and led them up towards the Eldest Namekuseijin.
He's HUGE! was Kyande's first thought upon seeing him.
Indeed he was. The Eldest Namekuseijin sat upon a throne-slash-easy chair made of the shell-like stone material the Namekuseijin seemed to be impartial to. He wore a long, loose white robe that ruffled around his neck (as was also the apparant height of Namekian fashion) and failed to hide his rotund belly. His green face was creased and spotted with age, and there was something about his ki that spoke of a great power that was fast fading with each passing second.
Kyande swallowed hard.
" Guru, " said Nail with an air of deep respect and love, " these are the Earthians you spoke of. "
" So, " the Eldest Namekuseijin spoke, his deep voice reverbrating in the room, " have you come to save our world? "
" Eh? " Kyande asked.
" You have! Haven't you?! " Dende declared, his eyes shining. Kyande felt suddenly guilty for disliking him. " You've come to save Namekusei from Freezer! "
[I love Dende, he's a little cutie!]
Kyande made a motion to speak, but was cut off when Gokuu stepped forward and beat her to it.
" I wish I could say that we're here to help you, but we just came for the Dragonballs. You see, some of our friends back on Earth were killed in battle, and we need your Dragonballs to wish them back. " Gokuu's fist quivered a moment, and his face hardened, " But if this Freezer guy is causing you trouble... well, that's just not right. " Gokuu looked back at Kyande, who nodded with a smile, then back to the Eldest Namekuseijin. " I will help fight for Namekusei. "
" Excellent, my son, " said the Eldest with a smile. He held out his hand to the side and invited, " come here. "
" Okay, " agreed Gokuu, his perpetual expression of childlike innocence back in an instant. He stepped over and stood beneath the Eldest's hand.
The Eldest Namekuseijin placed his hand gently on top of Gokuu's head and said quietly, " I can sense an immense ammount of hidden power within you. You have the ability to find this power on your own, but I believe my help won't hurt you a bit. "
As Kyande watched, the Eldest Namekuseijin's face shifted subtly into an expression of concentration, and she felt a sharp spike of power go through Gokuu's ki. Turning her gaze away from the Eldest to Gokuu, she was amazed at the amount of energy that was forming around him in a brilliant white aura.
Gokuu looked somewhat shocked, as if he couldn't quite believe his own power. Then, he suddenly gave a yell that was not quite fright, not quite anything else, and for the briefest of seconds blasted into Super Saiyajin form.
Kyande gave an elated cry that died out when Gokuu's hair fell back into it's messy black spikes. Aw, dangit
" There, " said the Eldest Namekuseijin with the removing of his hand, " it is done. "
" Gosh, thank you, sir, " Gokuu said, his voice laced with an unspoken awe. He didn't seem to have noticed the Super Saiyajin form... could Kyande have imagined it?
Was that all it was going to be in this timeline? Her Imagination?! No! It couldn't be!! Gokuu Had to be the first Super Saiyajin!
...
Ano, she added queasily, aside from me that is...
[Gak! I've been forgetting this one. Ano=well]
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Leaving Kiwi to suffer on the ground, Katera flew upwards towards Zarbon. The bishonen warrior dodged to the side, and struck out at her exposed side. She reached back with one hand and caught him at the wrist with his fist just brushing the fabric of her suit. Zarbon emitted a sound of frustration, and lashed out with the other hand. Katera reached back and caught it with the other hand, right at the base of her neck. Turning her head slightly she smiled coolly at Zarbon before twisting around and throwing him to the ground.
Zarbon caught himself just above Kiwi, who was just getting to his feet.
" Kiwi, " called Zarbon, never taking his eyes off of Katera, " are you all right? "
" Hai, " admitted Kiwi a little ruefully. He raised himself into the air and hung there next to Zarbon. Fisting his hands and narrowing his eyes up at Katera, he stated, " Let's get her. "
The two warriors flew at Katera top speed. She didn't flinch, and just moved back ever so slightly every time a punch, kick, or blow came her way.
It went on this way for a while, with Zarbon and Kiwi driving Katera back farther into the sky.
Eventually, Kiwi moved back slightly and collected a ki blast in the palm of his hand. When the sizeable sphere was created, he smiled and said in parting a simple, " Sayonara! " before blasting with all his might.
Zarbon cursed and blurred to a safe distance.
Katera was obscured by smoke in the aftermath, and it seemed Kiwi had succeeded... almost. From the look on Vejiita's face Zarbon knew that couldn't be it. There was no way Kiwi could have defeated Katera so easily.
This proved to be true when suddenly a white gloved hand emerged from the smoke and clamped itself on Kiwi's shoulder. This was immediately followed by the rest of Katera, as she punched Kiwi full on in the face. She then hit him with an uppercut that sent him flinging into the atmosphere. She reappeared above him, catching the other warrior by the back of the neck and placing her other hand, fingers splayed, against the small of his back.
" Zarbon, " she called, " I have a proposition for you. I'll get this annoyance out of our way, then you can transform and give me a real fight. "
Damn, Saiyajin were arrogant. Zarbon's face pinched in insult.
" I don't need to transform to defeat you, Katera, " he shot back indignantly.
Katera smiled. " As you wish. " Her smile widened cruelly as she shot ki energy from the hand at Kiwi's back. The small bursts of energy tore him apart with a scream. As idly as she had with Dodoria, Katera dropped Kiwi's body to the ground once she was through, and flicked the excess blood off her fingertips. Nonchalantly she flicked a piece of Kiwi off her shoulder and briefly wrinkled her nose.
Vejiita laughed, making the first sound he had since the beginning of the battle. " Katera, " he chided teasingly, " you're getting all dirty. "
Katera grinned at her own fastidiousness and responded, " Better me than you, Ojisama. "
Zarbon scowled. " All right, Katera, you wanted a fight, now you've got one! " he declared and shot up towards her.
Katera blocked his first shot, but the second hit home. All humor left her face at that, and the battle intensified from there.
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Sarro paused to take a drink of her tea. Kyande reflected on how she must have been quite parched. She scowled as she began her self-beration all over again.
This was such an embarassing story, and it was only going to get worse. Blast it all anyway. Why did Bulma have to ask that dumb question in the first place?
Gee, Sarro, I've always wondered, what's time travel like? Kyande repeated in a mental mockery of Bulma. She 'hmmph'ed indignantly and slouched back further into her chair.
She'd come so close: so close to making it through the visit without turning red. Now she could feel the all too familiar flush in her cheeks, and Goten's amused glances at her.
It just wasn't fair.
" Sarro, " said Vejiita after what seemed to be a moment of intense internal deliberation, " I want to know what happened between that version of myself and Katera. "
There were shocked stares all around, and Sarro choked on her tea. She hacked a moment, then wiped the excess off her chin and demanded, " What?! You want to what?! "
Vejiita scowled at her. " You heard me. "
" Um... " Sarro's face took on that 'quick-avoid-the-question' expression
seen all too often in the past. Quickly she answered,
" You, um, fell for each other... anyway. Zarbon was proving himself
to be a surprisingly resilient warrior in his own right. "
" Damn It, Sarro! That's Not What I Meant! " Vejiita shouted, smacking his fist onto the coffee table and splintering the surface.
As the table collapsed Bulma squealed and wailed, " Vejiita! " She turned to Sarro and began apologizing, " Sarro, I am so sorry! I am so, so sorry! I'll replace it, really I will. You just name a price, or go out and get yourself a new one or whatever. No matter the cost I will pay for it! "
" Shut up, Bulma, " Vejiita snapped.
Bulma rounded on him. " You shut up! No wait! Apologize to Sarro right now! "
" What?! " demanded Vejiita.
" You heard me, " Bulma regarded her husband with a level glare, " apologize right now! "
Vejiita glared right back at her, " never. "
Thus, began a staring contest that looked like it would go on for ages.
Sarro, who had taken until now to recover not from Vejiita's reaction to her, but from Bulma's reaction to Vejiita's reaction, intervened. " Bulma, " she said serenely, " don't worry about the coffee table. It's not like it hasn't happened before. There was that time when Kyande... "
" Okaasan! " Kyande wailed, " One story at a time! Please! "
Goten started laughing. " This is too funny! " he declared.
Sarro chuckled a little. " Back to the story; as I was saying, Zarbon was fairing quite well against Katera... considering... "
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Zarbon was fighting for his dear life, and knew it. Baring his teeth he picked up the pace, striking and blocking, his own amber eyes locked onto Katera's black ones. The force created by their fight was immense, sending a gale across the surface of Namekusei and altering the hues of green in the sky.
Suddenly Katera connected, fracturing his cheekbone and a few ribs before he just barely avoided the kill shot aimed at his heart.
Zarbon threw himself backwards to catch his breath. His left shoulder stung where pieces of his broken shoulder guard had struck the skin. His face felt numb, and his breath was short.
Zarbon glared at the other warrior who hung in the air patiently waiting
for him to continue. How in blazes had she become so
powerful in such a short time? Dimly he could remember a sparring match
with her a short time after Vejiitasei had been destroyed. He'd beaten
the little Saiyajin with moderate ease. Now she was the one winning with
moderate ease.
Zarbon felt his broken face and winced. At least transforming would set it back into place.
Through ragged gasps for breath he glared up at Katera and sneered, " You've had it now, Katera, " with a roar and a litteral outbursting of his form, Zarbon transformed into a massive monster with pebbly pale green skin. Crouching back into fighting stance, Zarbon stated with absolute certainty, " There's no way you're puny Saiyan power can stand up to me now! "
Katera smirked. " Puny? " she repeated. " Well then, why don't you come see just how puny my power is, Zarbon? "
" Gladly, " snarled the warrior as he careened towards her.
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Kyande could feel the Eldest Namekuseijin's attention shift towards her. She looked up and met his closed-eyes gaze.
" Now then, " he said, his voice croaking, " would you like your hidden power revealed as well? "
Kyande felt all the others' eyes on her as well. She giggled nervously.
Gokuu breathed audibly in awe. " Kyande still has power still? But she's already a Super Saiyajin! "
Kyande laughed out loud, still with that nervous undertone that seemed never to leave. " Nope! I don't have any hidden power! Hey, and even if I do, I'll have to pass. Sorry, but I think I can handle myself! "
" Really? " inquired Nail, " Even with the great evil that is approaching the planet as we speak? "
Kyande blinked at him cluelessly. " Great... evil? " she echoed dully. Kuraft?! Gak! No way! Must be some other great evil... um... Freezer's already here... Vejiita's still the enemy... who else was there? Um... Blast it! Should I take this offer for more power? I may need it against Freezer. Especially since I plan on NOT going Super Saiyajin during the fight. Kyande mentally shrugged, What's the harm it could do?
Smiling awkwardly, Kyande said, " You twisted my arm, Gurusama. "
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Sarro was pointedly trying to ignore the fact that Vejiita was glaring at her.
If looks could kill...
---------------------------------------------------------------------
When five brilliant specks of light appeared in the sky, Vejiita's new sense assaulted him with an internal wrenching that could only mean one thing:
He and Katera were in deep trouble.
He took a moment to watch the specks become sizeable stars, then streaks, then combine into one massive flash upon the point of contact. The whole planet shuddered with the arrival of these five, and Vejiita was inclined to shudder as well. He knew those five streaks. He knew them well.
Turning back to the problem at hand, he wasted more time watching Katera and Zarbon fight, before resolving his wits and holding out his hand towards the warrior that was occupying Katera's attention.
A slight narrowing of his eyes was all it took to activate the ki blast
that tore through the air from his fingertips and sent Zarbon
promptly to the afterlife.
Katera whirled around to face him, an indignant sneer on her lips. Vejiita had ruined her fun, something not even her Oji could do without reprimand.
Vejiita held up a staying hand and said quietly, " Pay attention, Katera. "
The other Saiyajin paused, then snapped attention to the horizon. Sweat beaded on her brow not from the fight, but from the fight to come.
" The Ginyuu Force... "
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Kyande emerged from under Guru's hand, her breath short from the power: the unbelieveable power she could feel within her. Super Saiyajin had never felt like this. She was alive... she was So Alive!
She felt like cheering.
That is, until she saw the look on Gokuu's face.
" Nani? " she inquired.
" Man, " said Gokuu aprehensively, " I feel five new powers. Incredible powers, that, and all three of the guys Vejiita and Katera were fighting are gone. "
Kyande scratched her head and tilted it to the side. Five? Why did that number sound so important?
Waitaminnit! Five! The Ginyuu Force!
Here is where Kyande broke down and emitted a long string of words Sarro would not repeat. Though it did remind her that Kyande was grounded...
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Freezer watched with great pleasure as from each of the five craters emerged one of his very best fighters. How very sweet this battle would be. The end to the Saiyajin once and for all, the end of the Earthlings that were plauging him, and an end to the 'new guy' who's power had broken Freezer's favorite scouter. (Gokuu's powerup under the Eldest Namekuseijin)
They formed a line before him, standing in the outrageous poses that made it all the harder to believe their incredible power. Freezer still had the tendency to blush in embarassment in their prescence.
The first member, a squat, pudgy, frog-like creature with four eyes held his chubby hand over his head and announced, " Gourdo! "
The next, a warrior reminiscent of an eighties rockstar with a wild mass of white hair set off by deep orange skin, twirled his full head of hair and screamed out his name; " Jiisu! "
From the shortest of warriors they went straight to the tallest. A large,
hulking figure with muscles that easily surpassed those of the rest of
the team and a stupid grin not nearly as charismatic as Gokuu's. A tangled
mass of orange hair fell into his eyes as he
announced, " Rikuum! "
Next, the taller blue skinned warrior, with pupiless red eyes and large hearing sensors where his ears should have been. He smiled, revealing a row of gleaming sharp teeth and introduced himself as, " Baata! "
Last, but certainly not least, came the purple warrior of medium height. His square jaw was accentuated by an oversized head, where veins showed all over his bare scalp, and two black horns peirced the skies above him. He had a cocky grin that held some semblance of intelligence, and a massive loss of sanity. He was, " Captain Ginyuu! "
Switching poses they roared, " All. Of. Us. Together. Are. The GINYUU
FORCE!! " Which was followed immediately by the
appearance of roses and some pretty pink light.
Freezer couldn't help it. He blushed again.
" Mm, yes, " he said haltingly, " How, nice, of you to come. "
¤¤
[The horrible Ginyuu Force has arrived on Namekusei. Considering how everyone else Kyande's gone up against, how much more powerful do you think they will be? Or will they surprise us all and turn out to be a bunch of wimps? {in relative terms, of course} Sigh, I'm already at Part Nine, and still this story is without a name. See ya next time!]
