I first began teaching creative movement classes for children at Eastern Hieghts (Greene County) YMCA in 2002. I then moved into yoga and adult fitness (strength training, aerobics, aerobic kickboxing) and Pilates. I now instruct yoga and belly dance classes at the Monroe Coutny YMCA.
