Standard US Movie Poster -- The regular Fifth Element poster, the standard in US movie theaters. High
quality print, double-sided to make the colors rich. Available almost anywhere that sells movie
posters. I've got a couple of favorites:
Movie Poster Warehouse -- $20+s&h, checks accepted.
Class Act -- $15+s&h, checks accepted.
Bus-Stop Poster -- Monster 70x50 inch poster, styled like the Regular poster above but BIGGER. These are *not* normally available items for sale, and as such are quite a bit more expensive than the regular posters. If you have to hook up with one of these it's $149 + s&h. These will likely soar in value compared to the reg stuff. Get 'em from:
Hollywood Posters Inc.
Advance Release Poster -- You probably saw these outside theaters months before the movie was released. It's the advance poster for the film...it looks like the picture I gave you, except...different. :-) I've never actually seen one. What I have is right, but it also says "Coming in May" on the bottom.
Lost World Productions -- $25+s&h
Movie Poster Warehouse$25+s&h, checks accepted.
International Release Poster -- It's the international release poster for The Fifth Element.
Class Act -- $15+s&h, checks accepted.
French Release Poster -- this poster is HUGE (45 by 62 inches). It is the French version and
looks very nice. My only complaint is that it's folded, but that's how French posters come.
Cineposters.Com -- $20.70+s&h, Credit ONLY
Stac's Poster Page -- $40+s&h, checks accepted. Also smaller, less expensive version ($25).
Another Poster -- Hey, at $5.49 even people who hated the movie should want to buy this poster. As you can see from the image, it looks pretty good...and it does *not* match any pictures I already have, which means I didn't know about it before now. Thanks goes to Um..., who runs the Fifth Element Link55, for letting me know of this one.
Concertposter.Com -- $5.49+s&h, checks and credit.
Italian Release Posters -- This is the Italian release poster, sorry no pics available. There are two sizes, one 78 x 54.6 inches, $50, another 55.1 x 39.3 inches, $30. I guess that these are US prices. I've emailed to ask what they look like...thanks to Spizz for the notification.
Italian Edition Movie Posters Tavern -- prices as listed above, $15 s&h
German Release Poster -- This is the fatherland's 5E poster...
Stac's Poster Page -- $30 + s&h, checks accepted
Video Release Poster -- This is the US video release poster. Up until recently there have been no mail-order sources for these on the internet. Now there is. Check the links below if you want one of these sought-after posters.
Movie Poster Warehouse -- $15 + s&h
Lost World Productions -- $50 +s&h.
UK Poster -- Here's the UK release poster, hard to find this one! Lost World Productions has them in stock for you...
Lost World Productions -- $45 + s&h
5E Soundtrack -- The soundtrack of The Fifth Element is composed by Eric Serra, and is definitely something to hear that's out of this world. If you liked the movie a lot, the least you can do is pick up one of these. The tracks take you right back into the theater. And it sounds really good, I should mention! For someone whose musical interests are bands like Failure, Nirvana, and Nada Surf, I listen to this CD way more than I should. Some of it is real "spacey", I mean it takes you off the Earth. Some of it is just cool, some of it is techno, opera, or just plain weird. I love it. Costs the same as any other CDs I can think of, expect to pay around $14 or so for it. The CD contains all music from the film except for the very beginning (creds) intro-track and the part with the taxi-cab chase (too bad), done by Khaled (sp?). Pick it up wherever CDs are sold in your area, or cruise over to:
CD Universe $16.97 + s&h
Music Boulevard $12.99 + s&h
Lost World Productions $15.00 + s&h
Read about the Special Edition Soundtrack!! ^^source found^^
Read a real review...
The Fifth Element Novelization -- Before you get all excited, read what I have to say, and then make a decision. Available at most bookstores, cost is $5.99 (don't pay any more than that, PLEASE don't pay any more than that, I'd feel bad!) and ISBN is 0-06-105838-6. In case you're too cool to read a review, big hint: this is definitely for die-hards and beginning readers and TV leeches. If you can't read my review, well, shoot, this just may be the book for a human with your mental abilities! To be fair, it has received some good reviews also (WHY?!). Written by Terry Bisson, NOT the original story written by Luc Besson. Based on the screenplay.
Fifth Element Script -- Hey, want the script? You have two choices. You can simply DL it ZIPPED from this server, or in TEXT format from another server. If you want a hardcopy (you can just print the file, but whatever), OK...write or call this place for the Aug. '95 draft:

American Cinematographer, May '97 -- Features three articles on The Fifth Element, and actually has the Diva on the cover! I'm so happy to be able to finally order these. Back issues are $7 each plus shipping. It took so long to get this information due to network problems on their end. Contains a lot of the standard pics you see on the 5e sites, with the exception of several pictures of filming in progress etc, and includes one eight page article detailing the special effects used in the film, and specific problems and challenges in filming. Real cool.
American Cinematographer Store, cost $7.00+s&h.

Lost World Productions
Special Edition Fifth Element Soundtrack -- People in the USA and other places may not have been able to obtain this hard-to-find soundtrack before. In fact, it was never sold in the US. I know cuz I live here, and everybody else has been saying (bragging, actually, dammit!) that we can't get it here. Sucks for the poor American bastards -- haha we have something they don't! That has changed now :-) Thanks to Mike, who lives in Canada, I have a phone number...that works!! It takes a bit of work to order, though. Follow these instructions (tested by ME :-) I ordered it baby)
Leeloo Photographs -- This is a group of three 8" by 11" color photographs of Leeloo. I dunno exactly what is depicted in them...probably Leeloo :-) For more information, access the site listed below.
Lost World Productions -- $15.00
Story of "The Fifth Element" -- Finally available in english four months later. I've got a source for it, but unfortunately not in the USA yet -- the UK. Still, it's in english and the price is fairly reasonable. Anybody got a good description of this book?? All I know is it is about the making of the movie, the idea, etc, and has lots of pretty pictures in it.
iBS Bookshop -- $35US, approximately, plus shipping.
Lobby Cards -- These are "rare" German lobby cards for the movie. The sets available vary in number, condition, and price! See the site below for better information and some images.
Stac's Poster Page
Policeman Figurine -- Sorry, no image available (no scanner). This replica of a policeman appears to be made of pewter and stands 8cm tall. Mangalore Figurine -- Sorry, no image available (no scanner). This replica of a mangalore holding a gun appears to be made of pewter and stands 8cm tall. It actually looks pretty cool. Mangalore Keychain -- It is a metal keychain that has the head of a mangalore attached to it. I'd love to own this -- great VW bug accessory, you know.
Fifth Element Paperweights -- Very hard to find stateside. These are four paperweights fashioned after the four elemental stones from the film. Each stone weighs a little over fifty grams.

Press Kits -- Good luck. If you see one snatch it. If you see two, snatch one then tell a friend. There are two versions, as far as I know...but there are maybe three. There is a US one and a French one, those I know for sure. There is more than likely also an international version but I have heard nothing about it...and so dunno where to get 'em, if they exist. I also dunno where to get the French ones yet. The image to the right of the first image is of the French press kit, you can click it for a better picture. It is of the cover. Thanks to Spizz for that pic!
