The ISA government has centralized power to better coordinate with the efforts and initiatives of the MegaCorps in order to build a utopian consumer-based society.

A small Biogenetics firm that sponsored Dr. Camby at the East-End Clinic. Numan has surprising resources, leaving many to wonder who backs these mad scientists?
