The Plight of New America

The Story of Sonic V

English: Android Task Force Sonic Five

Nihongo: Jinzoningen Sentai Soniko Faibuu

The fourth Treaty of Paris was to unite Canada, the United States, and an alien colony known as the Galteans. Everyone except Senator Raybin was oblivious of the new order of terror being instilled onto what used to be Canada (now the northern part of New America). Those who weren't killed by the alien menace were running for their lives. I knew that Senator Raybin was up to something, and so did my old friend, Senator Sandra Bradley.

She called me at around 3:00 AM, telling me that Manhattan, New York, my current residence, was the Galteans' next target. I quickly reprogrammed my robotic laboratory assistant, Robin Edge, to fight the Galtean forces.

I had raised Rob as my only son, to have a strong sense of justice and a sufficient choice between right and wrong. However, for the three years of his existence, he has never stepped foot outside the lab without me by his side. I was really worried, but I knew that he was doing the right thing.

Four other "Biodroids" came. I programmed them to have the same sense of justice that Rob had, but I've also programmed them to have a sense of what it feels like to be human. They know that they're androids, but they do not show it. In fact, if I didn't create them, I would swear that they were human.

Then the time came to give them all five Sonic Chargers and five Sonic Pentium Cartridges. Once united, the two items initiated a command that would transform five normal Biodroids into very sophisticated fighting machines which I called, "Android Task Force Sonic 5." The last hope for a lasting peace.
