A Haiku - (For Dorothy)

By Michael Alibrando

sights of snow falling

into your ebony hair

warms my winter heart

. . . . .

the warmth of your smile

popping up when flowers bloom

springs in to my mind

. . . . .

beaming down so hotly

solar rays of summer heat

your love of me cools

. . . . .

winter, spring, summer,

autumn into this place falls

each and every year
