Description: This Corporation started out as a small security firm in London. They make a superior security system to most of their competition. They squeezed several small companies completely out of the European security market. Recently they have begun to compete with Arasaka for teritory in Europe and North America. They have even begun to enter the Asian Market, which means they are a great thorn in Saburo Arasaka's side.

Description: Spohn started off as a small hospital corporation in Southern Texas. They were assisted by an order of Catholic nuns, who are still a part of the organization. Before the collapse, it was trying to keep up with its main competitor, Columbia Health Care. Eventually, Columbia bought into Spohn. Then the collapse began to happen. Spohn, which still controlled a sizeable piece of money, bought itself out of Columbia. Columbia began to falter. Spohn drug itself up and began taking over other parts of Columbia's assets around the state of Texas. Eventually, Spohn took over the Texas Medical Center, the largest Medical research area in the world. This gave them the capitol to finish Columbia in the state. After the collapse, Spohn began to expand across the United States. It is one of the fastest growing hospital corporations in North America.
